Congratulations on starting a new series, Sprinkle! I don't remember it winning any poll recently, though... In any case, it looks interesting. A bit confusing, I mean, they just dropped us in without explaination, but it's promising. I like the big lizard.

There's not too much to talk about at the start of the episode, but I'm glad Julius is more or less back to his normal self now. The way Shaula talked was a bit ominous and weird, but I feel like at this point she's not too sus anymore, but maybe I'm wrong. This show does love throwing twists. Not quite sure if it's crunchyroll subs being weird as always or not, but Shaula does call Emilia a half witch. It was always half devil before, which probably does mean the same thing in this world but I'm wondering why it's translated differently here specifically, especially when the word she used in japanese was the same as the half devil ones. These birds are definitely weird. I saw a post online showing all the moments where the birds show up in the show and there's a lot of them. Judging by what happened here in this episode, I guess it's true that these birds have been everywhere and seemingly following or guiding us. They almost seem to be keeping an eye on us even. I wonder if they were just guiding us to the tower or if there's something more going on. Well, I guess the cat is out of the bag, or rather, the fox. I do also feel bad for Julius. He was kept in the dark for no reason, despite being the closest person to Anastasia. But, I do think that everyone knowing what is going on with Anastasia is better. I do agree with Subaru though, it seems like Julius accepted everything a bit too quick. I'd be more cautious. It does suck that their relationship suffered a bit because of this situation though. I wonder what exactly happened that caused Subaru to have amnesia?

Glad I'm not the only one who thought the birds were suspicious lol they honestly were freaking me out waiting for something to happen 😂

I’m just kidding! It was a popular joke when the episode was airing, with fans posting their reviews or commenting under reaction videos, pretending that they lost their memory just like Subaru and acting like it was the first episode of the series.
