I’m wondering if the algorithm is functioning already in the before times and is measuring Daniel and Helen’s compatibility. They seem to be opposites that balance each other out. Also, will going to silo 17 become an imperative so 18 can possibly restock critical supplies?

ClaudieTV

That's a really good angle hadn't considered that. What I did remember the other day was the 'flamekeepers' was that started when people were in silos, or before they even entered them, as a concept? Also yes I think Silo 17 will have plenty of lightbulbs they could use

I’m dying to know to whom Juliet is related from the past. The emotional trajectory is leading to a big reveal… I hope.

ClaudieTV

Yes I've been wondering the same!

- I think the algorithm can listen to Camille through that LED fob she carries with her. - I don't think the Silos are as old as the occupants think they are. They've just had their memory wiped a LOT more than they think. 2-3 generations living below max.

ClaudieTV

That's a good theory about the timeline of things, and I'm wondering if that's been manipulated too

Oh.........my............god. /// Awe - flirting while in the middle of a situation, how cute (LoLz) /// the Fob hears all /// Jules could pass on all her info before taking the drugs so it, in a way, wouldn't matter (then they could try a reverse again on her) /// Not buying that it has to be Shirley...seems like an unnecessary risk /// Kennedy will lose his shite /// could Knox's old man learned the truth? /// Daniel be like "You mean like Adam and Eve? Hell Ya! /// Can't wait for the next one. Thanks, Claudie.

This was a great episode! I was way too engrossed for an essay 😅 but I have some thoughts; - I don’t think the algorithm is AI. It wouldn’t matter how much Juliette stressed about there being children in another silo, a computer would not care. - I also think that either the fob can hear chamile and who she speaks to, or it has even more cameras that the silo don’t know about or have access to. - I don’t think the silo’s history is accurate. They have been drugged more times than they think they have. - I don’t understand how Shirley is pregnant. Didn’t they have to get permission from the silo? And the reason the sheriff’s wife goes outside in s1 is because they faked removing her birth control because she asked too many questions and they wanted to “breed obedience”. Why would they say yes to two rebels? - I’m gaining a sense of respect for Simms in this series. I have never liked him before but he is kind of redeeming himself slightly. - I agree that Daniel is way too calm about what is happening. Did that guy’s car have a driver? I rewound and paused but I couldn’t see one?? - oh the algorithm sounds different now. It’s always sounded emotionless before now, like a computer. But it was snippy talking to chamile then. - do they all have a chip or something? How is it monitoring her heart rate and breathing? - I like that you talk to us, and I do answer. We have full blown conversations that feel one sided for both of us 😂 - well played Jules…… well played. - oh shiiiiiiit she’s adding the “D4” - the algorithm doesn’t know there are tunnels so nix that previous comment about extra cameras 😅 but I still think it’s listening, even if it can’t “see” them. - It’s going to make them doctor the suits. - are they at an airstrip? Is it flying them somewhere? - save the world. She’s talking about silos right? They’re already planning them and they need people to help with getting the public to go in? I said this wasn’t going to be an essay 😅 whoops. Thank you as always Claudie, I really enjoy watching 😁

What an episode. I think my favourite bit is watching Bernard be so powerless and dependent on people from the down deep.
