Zelda has arrived to help with a problem at Richmond.

And Alice is making sure she says 'yes' to more things... and by more, I mean everything.

Enjoy!

My favorite episode this season by far. What do others think?

Zelda has been neutral but I need her to be the villain. That's what this season is missing. Each season had a villain and all three had a main villain. We don't have any villains too many good things.

Ted Lasso 4x7 notes I think you’ll find this episode is actually called “Yes and Bibip” So Lizzie appears to have 2 boys and a piece of shit ex named Ben. Those boys look like they might actually be brothers, and I’m assuming they look like their dad, because they don’t look like Lizzie. Ben canceled because he got a gig. Musician? Gemma’s problem seems to be that things are going too well. Not sure she’ll get much sympathy on that. The twins never use the same insult twice, and it often seems to be food related. The rent on the twins’ residence is being raised to £2720 per month. No idea if that’s reasonable for London or not. Their postal code isn’t real, but W2 puts it in central/west London. Seems to be about a 30 minute drive to Richmond. Boot’s car kind of looks like what I’d expect. Mady and Margy have split again, and Mady has a PhD?! At 24? That’s a bit young, isn’t it? Margy is 25, and lists her education as “no thanks”. Shannon’s Deliveroo like job is called Fooderang. Does that mean the food gets returned a lot? The advice was “Say Yes More”, not “Say Yes to absolutely everything.” Beard is taking that rejection from Claudine for being “old” the wrong way. C’mon, man. What’s so damned troublesome about not having died? Just find someone closer in age that isn’t a toxic, whirling dervish of crazy. Maybe someone who you aren’t old enough to be the father of this time. The spray tan and colored contacts don’t make him look younger, they make him look like he’s in denial. Own your age, man. The board behind Beard in the office says “Zweite Hälfte kommt" which (according to Google) means "the second half is coming.” Dani/Roy’s agent is a prick. Surprised he’s not called Derek. Lizzie’s little one, super adorable kid is apparently named Archie. Bit cliche, but ok. Alice doesn’t seem comfortable with kids. Archie thought the Believe Sign said “Some Pig”, which is a reference to Charlotte’s Web, the book he’s trying to get read to him. “You look like a Husky” cracked me up more than anything in this episode. Ted’s chai is once again channeling mine. Describe yourself in 3 words. Hmm. Not sure what I’d say there. Probably “Leave Me Alone”. Not a dating sort. Sorry, Bantr. The music playing as Roy rides in on his scooter is the same music as when he wore the tie died shirt in International Break. I expected to hear Laughing Liam. I don’t know if I listed them the last time we visited the men’s locker room, but I see O’Brien and Hurst beside the office door. I wonder if O’Brien’s torn butt ever healed. Roy rides by Kucoć, Reynolds, Bumbercatch, Rosenfeldt, Zoreaux, Goodman, and Martino. The prick agent’s trouser legs are too short. I genuinely can’t believe Dr Beaumont is still seeing him. I would have thought she would have dropped him after New Years. Jalapeño Congac sounds like it would taste dreadful, but you probably wouldn’t notice it for long, nor would you remember it well after. I am not discussing the harness. No. Just… no. I’m still getting uncomfortable with Zelda insinuating herself into the club. Archie is eating “Chipsticks”. I have a surprising number of acquaintances in the Improv comedy community. Already familiar with “Yes, and…”. It’s actually a surprisingly helpful philosophy. Acknowledge what is being said to you , and build on it. I could stand to remember that more often. “Bibip” is Beard’s trademark flourish. The look on Alice’s face when she sees the possibilities of “Yes, and…” Black Beauty is a novel told from the perspective of a horse, who was, indeed, a boy. The author wrote it in the last few months of her life, and only lived long enough to see the only book she wrote become a best seller. 900 cm is 29.5 feet. I don’t think Ted knows Metric. “Education ongoing” is so Ted. Ted is singing the lyrics to the “The Greatest American Hero”, a comedy superhero tv show from the 1980s. Also very Ted. More female US Presidents would have been a nice change. Derek. He’s a Derek. I called it. That brings the Derek count to 5. Unsure about Zelda, but her on this phone call is exactly why Tracey Ullman is a queen. Is it inappropriate for a football club to call an agent before calling a player’s current club? I know nothing about this, but you always seem to know tons of football. Alice getting better at deploying “Yes, and…” and it’s making her a better coach. Shannon’s move reminds me of the one she did with Ted in season one. Keeley has a bottle of Tartt Apple Vodka in her office. Hopeful, Resilient, and kind is definitely Keeley. Still thinking Zelda is the Scorpion. I’m also starting to think it might not be Richmond she’s after, so much as Rebecca. I don’t know if she has a crush on her, or is intent on corrupting her, but I think her target is Rebecca. How could Dani be happier than he looks? That isn’t possible. Sign in the training room says “Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate”. When Roy and Erin are having their final conversation, Roy goes several sentences without swearing. I think it’s a record. He may be in love with Keeley, but he really liked Erin. Roy’s arms are bigger, I think. He’s looking jacked. I wasn’t sure Beard was reading Charlottes Web to Archie or just reading it. Alice coming in clutch, making the new Believe sign its own thing, with the “And Win” Archie can read!!! “I am loveable”. Yeah, Ted. You are. The Orange Tree Theater is where the still as yet unnamed Stage Manager works. Currently featuring “Kid Lear”, who is 35. Ted asking her out seemed awkward. Are these things usually this awkward? Not my area. She said she met her current partner on “the apps” but I genuinely initially thought she said “the alps”. I thought “was she skiing”?

See now.... I thought maybe Lizzie's ex booked a last minute gig bc he was a Magician... His disappearing act is spot on and effortless. :rimshot:

Pertinent advice as always LMAO

Welcome to most people's lives /// Lasso-Shuffle time woot woot /// I think the "you're old" remark has really thrown Beard /// Haha - Alice's reaction to the child /// Giving "Zelda" any info about anything Richmond is a HUGE mistake /// Jesus, shut up Roy. /// and there's the politics softly thrown in /// Character growth for Alice /// "Zelda" has wormed her way in (her plan takes shape) /// Ted Goes To The Theater /- Oops! // Thanks, Claudie.

Emily

He just needs to go and buy a programme for the play and her name will be in it! She’s stage manager she’ll be in there!

Quick late note on this one: The boys who play Lizzie's kids are actually brothers, which explains why they look so similar. The twins, however, are not actually twins, or siblings, or the same age, and one of them isn't even Irish.
