πŸŽ‰ 3 Years of the TOTK Randomizer! πŸŽ‰

Today marks the 3rd anniversary of the TOTK Randomizer, and I wanted to celebrate it in a special way!

To kick things off, Version 1.6.2 of the TOTK Randomizer and Version 4.0.1 of the BOTW Randomizer are now available publicly and can be downloaded for free from my website.

For context, the last public version of the TOTK Randomizer was v1.4.4, meaning players are now getting access to 13 new versions at once, including major updates and improvements across the entire system. This includes the well-known and expanded v1.5.0 update, which introduced a dedicated quest containing information for every Randomizer Goal mode objective, alongside many new features, gameplay improvements, bugfixes, and optimizations released over the past year (see https://www.patreon.com/waikuteru/posts/ultimate-goal-v1-141058066).

The BOTW Randomizer has also received significant improvements. Version 4.0.0 removed the DLC requirement entirely, reduced the mod size by 75%, and resolved long-standing issues such as Panic Blood Moons, while preserving the chaotic gameplay the Randomizer is known for (see https://www.patreon.com/waikuteru/posts/botw-randomizer-148548569). Building on that foundation, Version 4.0.1 further improves stability, performance, and quality of life through gameplay refinements, bugfixes, and extensive internal cleanup, making the experience smoother and more reliable than ever before (see https://www.patreon.com/waikuteru/posts/preview-upcoming-149441720).

But that's only the beginning.

To celebrate the anniversary, I will also be showcasing Version 1.7.0 of the TOTK Randomizer, one of the biggest gameplay updates in the project's history. This update completely changes how randomly spawned enemies work by introducing randomized equipment loadouts and attachments, resulting in thousands of possible enemy combinations. Combined with various spawn system improvements, balance changes, new additions, and major optimizations, the Randomizer experience is now more dynamic, unpredictable, and unique than ever before.

And that's not all!

For the first time ever, I will be hosting a TOTK Randomizer Race against my good friend Swordy. We will begin the race with 100 goals, but there is a twist:

⭐ Every new membership or gifted membership adds 1 additional goal to the race!

Memberships start at just $1, meaning viewers can directly influence how long and chaotic the race becomes. Will we end up with 120 goals? 150? Even more? That's entirely up to the community!

To celebrate the anniversary and thoroughly test Version 1.7.0, we will be streaming at around 8:00 PM CET (2:00 PM EDT / 11:00 AM PDT / 7:00 PM GMT) on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, with each stream lasting approximately 2-3 hours. Depending on how things go, we may continue beyond that. These streams will provide an early look at the update while helping ensure everything is working as intended.

After thorough testing, Version 1.7.0 will be released in Early Access for Patreon members on Sunday, June 14th. The public release will follow at a later date.

This anniversary would not have been possible without all of your support over the past three years. Whether you've played the Randomizer, watched videos and streams, supported the project through memberships or Patreon, reported bugs, or simply shared your feedback - thank you for being part of this journey.

I hope you'll join us for this special celebration, and I can't wait to see how many goals the community adds to the race. Let's make the 3rd anniversary of the TOTK Randomizer one to remember! πŸŽ‰
