Just want to commend the acting in this episode. The scene in the garage is some of the greatest acting ive ever seen. Incredible especially from Dean Norris

Lukas

Lol that thumbnail. Cheers Teegs 👍

Armani Taylor

Indeed and incredible directing by Bryan Cranston

Ziro the Hutt

The arrogance of Walt as he denies what he's done to the face of his brother-in-law, is remarkable. I loved on first watching this, that we got straight to it with Walt and Hank going at it, instead of waiting for 3-4 episodes like some shows would do; this only increases the tension and threat to everyone, as it ramps up.

I second that. Between BrBa and BCS (and El C), I think both the writing and the acting is about the best I have ever seen in TV or movies, possibly EVER.

It is not all out in the open with Walt and Hank. What happens next? well I know since not first time. but if I was watching it for the first time. where do we go from here? great scene in the garage, between the two of them. Hank expression was amazing.

TeeZee22

Hank looking through all the evidence in his garage was like a trip down memory lane through the things we have seen since the beginning of the show. So much has happened at this point and makes Tuco look like small potatoes when he seemed so big at the time.

Dan

They've done an amazing job of subversive pacing throughout the show, jumping straight into the fire halfway through a season when you'd expect the next development to be a finale event. It's constantly amping the anxiety by dumping you at the endpoint and leaving you to say, "Holy shit, well that just happened... what next??" And then they deliver time after time after time. Phenomenal lightning-in-a-bottle of a show.

Is it already determined what she will watch after Breaking Bad?

There is a poll going to go up for the next non animated show! Clone wars will be running in conjunction with the other poll winner 😊

Looking forward to watching your reactions for the remainder of S5.

My only issue with the ending of this episode is when Heisenberg told Hank to tread lightly. I think Hank would have taken him down immediately after a threat like that.

Olivier Derrez

You can only do this kind of thing when you have a clear and enlightened mind about what is happening. Hank's face speaks volumes about his mental state. He is in an assimilation process that takes time. He would be unable to make a rational decision in the moment.

Grizzly

Good point

You have to get to El Camino and Bettter Call Saul soon. I think they are better when BB is still fresh. You wouldn't think Vince Gilligan et al. could do it twice. You'd be mistaken! :)

Skywhale

You had your hands over your face at the exact moment so I 'think' you missed it. In the beginning of the episode, when Hank was getting ready to drive away and Walt stops at the car door, little Holly also waved Hank byebye. It was super cute~
