Nick, this is VERY important to note, later in shippuden theres filler you actually should watch. Some of the filler arcs are backstory and history and are actually really good.

Lots of information to pull from between the light novels as well as Boruto content, so without proof one way or another, we cannot say that Hidan is dead without true confidence.

Nick I HIGHLY recommend at some point, whenever you are looking for another show to watch, is to watch Wind Breaker! The OSTs, the fight scenes, the animation, the characters are INCREDIBLE! It's purely fist fighting, no powers or anything. its also a shorter show right now, only 12 episodes are coming out, and there's 8 out right now! just a suggestion! it's just so GOOD.

They say Kakashi Itachi and Shikamaru all have similar IQ's (Over 200) but some excel better than others. Like Itachi has more battle IQ than Shikamaru but he's a better strategist than Itachi. Kakashi is like a mix between the two

I'd say the episodes 113-151 are kind of leading to the Pain arc. There is something that happens in 133 that is directly connected and influences the Pain arc in a great way. So I personally think that the Pain arc starts around 125 episode, and it's the right decision to do the subathon from there.

you can make 2 weeks no naruto in order to do subathon when ppls will have free time from school and in those 2 weeks you can come back and do mob psycho last season in 2 streams

Would it be that bad to watch Naruto Kai instead of having to find out and skip the filler content. Since you intend to skip filler, and honestly some filler is very skippable, Kai makes for a much better viewing experience.

For example what part does kai cut? I've watches naruto normally and rewatched through kai. I don't feel anything necessary was left out, apart from the utakata arc, which I think is a pretty cool story but is also marked as filler.

i have watched other reaction channels react to kai. and you def notice that canon parts and some parts that have never been shown have been cut. especially in de final arc ( no name cause spoiler)

If I'm not mistaken, Hidan could be dead due to malnutrition or lost his immortality after not being able to pray under all that rubble and died. I don't think those are mutually exclusive tho.

Yamato and Naruto's tag team move was so badass I love the connection between the Nara clan and the deer. Also "Shika" means deer in Japanese. Crazy how Nick predicted that Shikamaru was gonna burn Hidan with the lighter. Shikamaru saying "Goodbye sensei" gives me chills RIP Asuma. Finally glad its been revealed that Kurenai is pregnant since Nick been wondering if Asuma smashed lol and the fact that he asked right before the reveal is crazy. And yes the king is the next generation. Its the future like you said, keep that in mind 🔥

Great arc, the only disappointment is how useless Kakuzu is the end but that cannot take away from the great character development for shikamaru and the menacing villain that was Hidan.
