Well! Hello! If you think this email is a surprise, then please, stop and imagine our surprise when an agent deep within the house of mouse provided us with an official screener for this episode. (This is all on the up and up, we promise. Just... very mysterious.)

Obviously the most important part of this is that it let us drop the main episode early—just in time for those of you in the US traveling for Thanksgiving! But for those of you who have been supporting us here on Patreon, we thought we'd use it to also provide a bonus... a live react audio file for you to sync up to your own watch of the Andor finale!

So, go ahead and download this episode. There are cues up to line up our group live reaction to your own file.

Thanks again for all the amazing support during this season. We'll be getting out a Q&A on the second half of Andor next week, so be sure to get YOUR questions in to amorecivilizedage@gmail.com.

oh and... ROB WAS SO RIGHT.

I watched Andor late (watched it together with my dad starting at Christmas), I'm so happy I came back and rewatched the episode alongside this, y'all made this even more delightful.

Lilith

In prep for second season, rewatched every episode, relistened to every AMCA pod ep, and finally listened to this with ep12. Y'all are the best. 🫡✨️

Can I just say as someone that works at 4am every day how much I appreciate you all posting everything so early? It's given me something to look forward to every Monday for the past nine weeks and I'm gonna miss the Monday morning episodes. Now I've just gotta get through the work day and watch the finale at least one time on my own before I enjoy this. You all rock for staying up through the night and putting this out so quickly.

Anders Cules Nielsen

Another HUGE dub for the best pod in the business at the moment.

@NotInventedHere

Y'all are positively GIDDY with excitement at the start. It is delightful.

Truly cannot imagine not having you all to listen to alongside this show, this was incredible, thank you all so much!!

Paul W.

All time, this show is already in my top 3 with Breaking Bad and The Wire. I could not have imagined the breadth of story, political thought, and GODDAMN GREAT ACTING we would get in this. And also so much icing on so many cakes: the costume design, the score, WTF HAS THE REBELLION BEEN DOING (shut up Solo, you have no idea), and on and on.

VK

Watching while listening synced was the best andor final experience I could've asked for! We need season 2 we need it

FreiGuy

I cant watch or listen 'til tomorrow. But it will be a glorious thanksgiving morning. Thank you for this excellent surprise.

Mica Peacock

"There can't be an end credits sequence, right?!"

Jeff White

I lied, I listened to it in a 1 hour segment

Connor Flanagan

What a delight, the energy of this podcast and really the whole Andor coverage has been even better than the usual high quality. Shout outs to all of you for bringing it like this every week.

Ernesto Regalado

This got me to finally join. After watching the episode I knew i had to watch along with y'all. And it was the best experience. Thank you for hyping up this show.

Niamh

Thank you for this, what a great time. I was already starting to do the weird thing I do where when I like a thing too much I get stressed about endings and put off watching them indefinitely, and then there you are to virtually take me through it and infuse it with so much more fun than it would have been, and the feeling of being all together as a fandom community, which was really beautiful in such an episode about community, and at a time when I couldn't go home for Thanksgiving for the third year in a row, that fellowship was really appreciated. You guys are the best ❤️❤️❤️

wolfstar5

Brasso stans rise up. Gotta either get you a guy like Brasso, or BE a guy like Brasso.

Gabs

Thanks Civies for doing this, it was so much fun watching it with y'all. I have a sore tummy too, Natalie! WOW.

John Wm. Thompson

Wonderful experience to sync watch. What a show. How does one submit for the Q&A?

Antonio Solis

This live react was well worth the 5 bucks alone. What a ride!

Lemonade Games

Thank you so much for this ep it was such a perfect way to finish up the season, rewatching the finale with your commentary 🥰

Neil Webber

Brilliant, thank you! On the band - it’s nothing if it’s not a pit town brass band, which were community focuses throughout the mining towns of Britain until Thatcher destroyed those communities by closing the pits. Which then leads into the whole miners strike & police reactions (e.g. Orgreave). Just the appearance of the band brought some powerful emotions

Martin

Haven't listened yet but thank you! Your coverage this season of Andor has been a highlight. Your discussions have added so much to my enjoyment of an already all-timer of a show. Supporting you guys on Patreon is dollar for dollar the best $5 I spend every month.

Josh

Amazing to hear your reactions in real-time, thank you for taking the time to do this!

potatonaught

This was so much fun to listen and watch along to. Y'all are the best. Thank you so much for all your hard work on this and the rest of AMCA.

This rules. Watching Andor alongside this podcast has been a delight, excited to get to do that literally with the finale.

Ciaran McGhie

Patrick Kirkner

This was an absolute delight, thanks y'all.

Steph

Hi AMCA, I'm a new listener who joined during Andor, and I just wanted to say I love your work, thank you so much for all the great podcast episodes. My only regret is I didn't find you sooner! This live react episode is SO MUCH FUN (especially when y'all watched the Nemik and Syril scenes lol), I really hope you are able to do more of this in the future!! Thank you!!

veggiebed - liss

thanks y'all for making an awesome series even MORE awesome with your analysis and absolutely delightful commentary. i've been listening since 2020 and it's so awesome to see how far you've come, to be getting screeners from the mouse himself!! excited to see how andor s2 goes whenever,, we get,,, there haha, but looking forward to getting back into the trenches of clone wars too!

David Quinn

Actually a joy to listen along with you, it felt like I was hanging out with super fan friends. An absolute blast after listening along all season.

David Montes

I watched the episode twice in one day because of this. Awesome!

Avanthi Chatrathi

First Wednesday without andor, I re-listened to this with the finale…thank you all for this gift!!

gnomebud

Bob Goodrich

Signed up just to get this hot hot content in lieu of more Andor. Absolutely loved watching along with all of your commentary again. Thank you! I would love for this to be a running feature next season!

Parrythat

I'm another who is in the camp of signing up to the Patreon just to hear this watch-along; thank you guys for taking the time aside to watch Andor and give us such comprehensive breakdowns of each episode. A literal perfect supplement to the show itself.
