For Guerreros in wrestling, it started with Salvador "Gory" Guerrero. All 4 of his sons became wrestlers, Salvador "Chavo" Guerrero Jr., Mondo Guerrero, Hector Guerrero & Eddie was the youngest. Chavo Sr. had Chavo Guerrero Jr (Salvador Guerrero III). who despite being his nephew grew up more as Eddie's younger brother since they were pretty close in age. Eddie's daughter Shal Guerrero had a developmental contract but wasn't picking up wrestling well. She never made it to TV & ended up giving up pursuing it. I always laughed at the moment when Eddie "reveals the truth". When Rey is kneeling before Dom, you both easily see & hear him tell Dom ask me if it's true, right before Dom says "Is it true Dad?" I also got a good laugh last year when Dom posted a picture from this match & jokingly referred to himself as a 20 year veteran. I think one of his shirts too said est. 2005. It has been years since I had seen that Halloween Havoc match, I had forgotten just how fast Rey was when he was younger. It's tough to pick which match is better. Both are great, the 1996 match was more exciting & fast paced, where this ladder match, was more methodical yet still exciting. It was a little more put together because both wrestler's had an extra 10 years of experience. I'd probably have to go with the Halloween Havoc match at the moment but they're so close maybe tomorrow I'd pick the ladder match. Overall Rey & Eddie never had a bad match which each other from what I remember.
