A lot of Pokémon on Maxx's team are because there were some Pokémon models in my inventory for purely testing or random reasons. But not Garchomp, I love Garchomp. Not in the same way I love Gardevoir, but you know what I mean. The problem with Maxx having a Garchomp is that it is a super powerful Pokémon. But just like how the anime evens things out, so can I. Not just in general power, but in characterization.

You'd expect a Garchomp to be big, powerful, and scary. But Garsh is quite shy, and arguably a little immature. The "gentle giant" trope is nothing new, but I think it works for Garsh's benefit tremendously. I don't have to worry about putting him in a scene and worrying he will destroy everyone or get in the way. It's stuff like that I do have to think about when adding Gallant to a scene.

The additional images are a mixed bag. I don't think a lot of them turned out very well, but they at least show Garsh doing the things he likes. Not too much the desert picture, but playing ball and eating ice cream. These might seem odd, but part of Garsh's personality was taken from Cynthia's in the anime. She brings her Garchomp to festivals.

I have some minor plans for Garsh, but nothing major. I'm content to have him hang around in the background either doing something cool or silly. That said, if I do what I'm thinking, he won't get a main plot, but he might at least get to have a little more fun.

Well I wanted to do it all, but this is taking longer than I thought it would so i stop here for tonight. Can't believe you called him an IT. Honestly really like how he sounds. Seems like a fun personality! Ekko is still by #1 choice for adding to the main cast, but Garsh would be a fun 2nd. Would be fun to see how he'd react to being smaller. Excited to see what your plan is!

The 'it' is in reference to the species as a whole, not Garsh in particular. Since making this, I think I know what I want with Garsh, but he's still not expected to play a major role. I'm also still holding out for a better model.

Presuming we mean the same "it" (shunned by its peers (used the wrong its on the page btw)) then the IT is in reference to Garsh specifically. GARSH is the one being shunned by HIS peers. Technically its works fine, but it's a matter of the name being established prior. If it talked about Max finding a garchomp then using it would fit best as there's no determined gender/specifics given, it's just a generic garchomp. You call him by name though, Max finds Garsh, thus it's established to be SPECIFICALLY this one garchomp that is known to be male, thus his would be more proper. Yeah I wouldn't expect him to get a major role, too many chefs in the kitchen an all that, but it'd be nice to see him getting in on the more crazy stuff so I'm interested to find out what you've got cooking
