Oh boy. Probably an anime Matt was going to review sooner or later. That said, I enjoyed this show. The action scenes must be seen to believe.

I gotta say, I really like when you do these vlog style reviews, it’s a nice change of pace, personally I never really heard of this anime before this, but I won’t deny that it did help Studio Trigger get their start and help them get involved with other projects like Star Wars Visions, also with the amount of attractive women in this series, I expect a lot of people to be sent to horny jail.

Wow, probably one of your biggest series review. Only seen snippits of KlK via Youtube; maybe I'll give it a try.

I have seen some scenes and a couple of episodes of Kill La Kill, and learning about the roots of Studio Trigger, I'm amazed about how far they came as a startup from some Gainax animators (the studio that made Nadia and the Secret of Blue Water and Neon Genesis Evangelion). I want to watch this series but the thing that does kind of hold me back is the fanservice. But when I muster up the courage to see it when I have time I will. One aspect that really does make me engaged with Trigger's aspect when it comes to their animation is definitely their color pallets and lighting. I'm glad Kill La Kill has put Trigger on the map as well and that they have done alot of original projects and made some series and specials tied to properties like Star Wars and Cyberpunk. I am curious when they will be given the opportunity to adapt a manga or a light novel and see their take.
