----- [RPO] Plans...? ----------------------

As far as relationship and pregnancy overhaul is concerned, the next new feature addition should be the add on 'woohoo Drive'. 

However, I have got to a point where I cannot keep working on this without cringing terribly about old parts of the mods that really need to be changed and/or increased. That cringe has been there a long time, but it's become too strong to be ignored.

What does this mean? It means it's time for me to work on making version 3. This would be a serious update, revisiting every existing part of this mod, making changes to improve things, and making various additions. 

I am not sure if I will first finish and release the add on, and then work on V3, or simply do both together and release both together when it is all done. It makes a lot more sense to me to release it all together, because as I make changes to the old stuff, it might impact the new stuff. So, this is probably what is going to happen.

This is not a small undertaking, and it will be tedious in many ways, but I do hope that at the end of it, the oldest parts of the mods will be more up-to-date with my current modding skill.

This mod is going to be two years old in August. Back then, I knew very little still about modding. I've grown a lot as a modder since. And I am so thankful to have had you all along for the ride. Your enthusiasm and support keep making this possible day after day.

Because my latest rapid- update addition to the lgbtqia+ mod has caused me a non-ignorable amount of hand inflammation and pain, I will probably take a few days off (I work on mods every single day of the week usually). After that, I'll keep working on things - RPO v3, open love life still waiting for its little feature update, mood pack mod waiting for the final moods to be added, and lgbtqia+ also waiting for more features.

I do my best...

I appreciate your work more than you could possibly know and I can guarantee I speak for everyone when I say that. Your mods have saved my games from being flat-out boring and added so many features that I've always wanted to see in the game. Take all the time you need, your health comes first!

Pls take care of yourself! Your health is very important and the most valuable thing you own. In two years nobody gives a shit if a part of a mod where released 2 weeks earlier or later. So if you need to take a few day off, just do it <3

I have one vertical mouse for each hand, a trackball mouse, a graphic tablet to use a 'pen' to mouse 😂 I have it all. I keep switching between each thing to have the pressure be on not always the same exact part of my hands. But with my problems, that only goes so far. Still. I'm glad the vertical mouse is working good for you!!

I recall your previous bout with hand pain, and how it became very severe and disabling, so I do want to encourage you to work at a pace that maintains your wellness at all costs. I don't think we supporters are out here tapping our feet in impatience. There's so much you've already done, and so much to play with! I just finished updating my mods from the new pack and patch so I myself can barely keep up.

Just found this mod yesterday and so far love it, so thank you for that, and thank you for helping me on discord with it yesterday. I totally get inflamed hands to have several types of arthritis along with other health concerns and auto-immune diseases myself, without rest it just gets worse so get that I totally get you on that and can relate. thank you for what you do.

Excellent idea to overhaul and create a version 3. I still get strange 'cheating' issues and accusations when there are no formal relationships (at a minimum boyfriend/girlfriend) or romance level beyond the lowest levels. Also, being accused of cheating when the old relationship is long gone, which makes no sense. It's as if the system doesn't take into account the 'when' of the previous relationships. Keeping track of old relationships should be part of the test of whether or not to accuse of cheating. Just my two cents worth of observations.

My system doesn't change the threshold for jealousy. It is the game itself that decides jealousy should happen even for low relationships, not me :) As for the 'when' and being accused: none of it being autonomous, I don't see how that would happen - as for keeping track of things, it is much more layered and complicated than you may think, but all the same I do test that Sims be currently together to be able to yell at each other about cheating.
