Everyone who remembered little Will from chapter 7 has been waiting for the other arm I mean shoe to drop. And there it goes, with a sick thud.

Didn't Vampire say the salt lizard didn't immediately kill you though? She salts you! Maybe they can get Will out! Go go go!

Hm, so it seems that when Will warned Mikaila "It only goes up to my elbow", it was a little white lie to make her stop stabbing well short of the attachment point (or so I choose to interpret it :3 )... Poor tyke actually lost well half of his upper arm, I see.

I'd worry for his future as a drummer, but the guy from Def Leppard managed (showing my age here), and these guys have MUCH better prosthetics than we do. Will would make a darling addition to any Alderodean boy band. On the other hand (snrk) we know his future is with the military, so he clearly heeded the call to arms--or arm, as the case may be.
