We'll see some of these colourful nobles again later. I really like all the pages coming up but I'm kind of nervous about them too, haha. I'm always scared whenever the narrative goes too long without checking in on Sette or Duane, I know they're the favourites :)

I love all these machinations! I’ve been more and more interested in these moments of people feeling, reacting, talking, deciding. It’s awesome!!!

SET

I mean, at this point, you'd be able to smell the fire right?

Duke BG

I don't know if I'm in minority, but I really enjoy These pages too. They're fun.

Rebecca Spano

it is about to hit the fan from every direction i am paying more attention to these scenes than ever?? nobody thinks this is boring also shoutout to that little glass in panel 2 looking perfect despite being probably unreffed

Reed Copperstrand

I like this kind of pages, too. :-) It's interesting to observe new characters. The aquarium background is really cool, too, btw. Karl is really blatant here. He really firmly believes that Bell's plans have practically succeeded.

That smirk on Karl's face in panel 4 is amazing, epitome of "malicious smugness". Now I am starting to truly wonder how he even became general Bell's man with a background like that.

Noxae

Wow, rude to dismiss Ufal like that. Also joining in to say I like those kind of pages too! Duane and Sette are fun but one of the things that I really enjoy in Unsounded and am really impressed with is the depth of the worldbuilding, and those scenes display it very nicely!

I have to know. Was that a "servant begone we are scheming" pymaric? Do nobles have specialised pymarics for getting servants out of the scheming room? Because if so, this is absolutely amazing.

Mister Scarecrow

HA! Seems I'm not the only one who thinks Karl is all smirks and smugness with nothing behind it. All hat, and no cattle. All helm, and no battle! Go back to your bathroom and take with your shit-eating grin with you!

JarJar

I used to be one of those readers who was only to see Duane and Sette. I was a witless fool in those days! I've really grown to appreciate all of the supporting cast, even the most minor.

The Clag

Well I guess it's back to Ufal and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day.

jumanji-mongie

Are those some school boys in the third-to-last panel?
