Lacey I do think was being genuinely kind to Belly at the party / feels bad she found out that way and defo thought Belly and Jeremiah were fr broken up. The show seems to sway away from the " women are to blame " narrative in season 1 Shayla never blamed Taylor for kissing Steven, and Taylor chews out her mam for saying just sleeping with Steven while he has a girlfriend makes her a hoe. I also think the show purposfully makes the "break up " stupid and casual so people would debate if it was fr break up or not ... Fan disagreement = engagement = cash

The crash also doesn't happen in the books they seemed to randomly add it for Steven and Taylor drama ( also not a book couple ) and to make bellys choice with Jeremiah seem less crazy

the proposal pissed me off so much like dude 😭 it just feels like when he was proposing to her, his insecurities about conrad came out again (“its our story, nobody else’s). everyone needs therapy in this show but its a trainwreck i can’t stop watching with y’all LOL!

My problem is Belly and Jeremiah literally act like 10 year old children together and don't talk about anything! Like they are so stagnant and don't grow together. It is jarring how immature and annoying Belly is this season

Please remember this is a show! Not only is it a show, it is a show produced by soulless conglomerate. That is not to say we can't all enjoy something fun in these times, but to remember that the people and companies creating these products are NOT ALWAYS ENGAGING in good faith dynamics. This show THRIVES off of Team Jeremiah vs. Team Conrad discourse. It was literally created to put us as viewers in camps and it does not care if we turn on each other so long as the episodes are watched and Amazon Prime Executives make their money. None of these characters are real people and this is a show that should be enjoyable regardless. While Conrad, Jeremiah or Belly all share reflections of real world people and situations - liking them or finding one character more interesting than the other is NOT a reflection of who a viewer is personally. Benji is allowed to playfully disregard Conrad as a character because he A: Doesn't find the actor that attractive, B: Finds the way the character was written to be insufferable (despite valid reasons for a real person to possibly act the same), and C: Benji is having fun and this TV is just a show he's watching with his best friend - a best friend who lost his OWN mom and who Benji has personal history with and comprehends the weight that person (me) carries. I (Rizzo) am allowed to disregard BOTH options as I am a 33-year-old man who doesn't feel like ragging on two teenage-characters/young adult actors - and because the show is ridiculously written and doesn't have these characters making decisions that resemble anything other than a mixed bag of traits meant to maintain the versus discourse. In real life, these men would be traumatized, narcissistic, wealthy a-holes who probably would have long forgotten about Belly. In TV, they are fun characters we get to watch make a collection of weird and entertaining decisions. They are not real people with real lived history so I won't be judging them as such! Let's try to all have fun and remember: While Amazon doesn't care if we fight or are nasty with each other, Benji and I do. We love seeing your comments - whether Team Jeremiah, Conrad, Belly, etc. - and we hope we can foster an environment to all watch this show in good faith. Thank you. Sweet Dreams, and Keep Watching. They’re doctors with a medical degree, but they are training for their specialties and cannot practice medicine independently. Basically, like in the Pitt, Dr. Robby is the attending, while everyone else who is a doctor is a resident.

I'm a Team Conrad girl, and I promise you I do know he has many flaws as we all do. But I find a lot of people are so team based that they can't emphasise or understand the other character. I don't dislike Jere, but like everyone says I think they all need therapy. And it made me happy that Conrad seems to have been the only one who has sought that out. I really liked Jere and Belly as best friend energy in season 1, and found it was almost like he only stated his feelings for Belly once he saw Belly and Conrad almost kiss and he'd got Conrad away for the weekend. There's a lot of discourse that Jere only wanted Belly because Conrad did, and he wanted to have something Conrad didn't. I just wish that Jere could see that their dad has a big part to play in how he feels about Conrad, because he seems to be the favourite. Their Dad has always compared them unfavourably. Those brothers need some joint therapy. And I know it's a show, but as soon as Conrad and Belly had slept together, I don't think Belly should've gotten involved with Jere, for everyone's feelings. But this doesn't mean I don't notice Conrad's flaws as a fan of his. He's definitely grown a lot, but still has a long way to go. And personally I think Conrad and Belly (the actors Lola and Chris have more chemistry). Like Rizzo said I think Jere has the same chemistry with everyone. But I will say I do not doubt that Jere loves Belly.

Oh there is a reason for him cheating, just wait until you get to the last episodes! If you think Conrad doesn't communicate, you are in for a surprise...these two never talk about anything remotely important 😂
