####### EPISODE SPOILER REVIEW BELOW! APPARENTLY SOME OF YOU ARE WATCHING FOR THE FIRST TIME ALONG SIDE ME, SO PLEASE DON'T READ BEYOND THIS POINT UNTIL YOU HAVE SEEN THE EPISODE YOURSELF! ######

Definitely a dark one, but some awesome moments through out! Thanks for the discussion regarding Faith's return last time! I do feel I worded what I said pretty badly, and I do have my thoughts about the ending of this one, BUT PLEASE do not let that suggest I am not enjoying this series immensely!! It has been fantastic!

Love you, guys~

Hi Veggie! I think you are right to feel a bit frustrated or anxious about the end of this episode. No one wants to see a character who was already going through a rough time in her life get beaten to a pulp multiple times when she is finally trying to do the right thing. Especially considering that her "Watcher" has been very cold comfort, as well. I get what Wesley is going for but not sure I agree with all of his tactics. He would never have been the right Watcher for Faith, and even though they are more on the same page now than they've ever been before, they've still got a lot of dark history. Also, I say this as someone who does truly love how crazy this season is, but the weird Cordelia or whatever she is as the voice in Angelus's head thing just doesn't work for me. It's so cheesy! But, again, it does make me laugh so even the cheesy parts of this season at least have some humor going for them 😆 Edited to add: hope you and Woozle are staying cool and hope the terrible heat passes soon!

Thanks Alicia! This is actually really reassuring as I was worried I would be alone in how I felt with these two endings. :) I truely love checking this show out each episode!

Yes Lorne is finally a regular 😄

Faith being decimated twice is a fair critism on the face of it but though we would love cool character to do badass things it is important to note not only is she rather out of practice but she was face two elite forces. The beast is almost as durable as Glory and very strong no slayer or any force could beat him without the trick Angelous pulled off. And Angelous though we never hear him killing a slayer is believed to be the most dangerous vampire in history and one of the most powerful due to his extremly strong will and age. Buffy struggled against him and Buffy is better at fighting than faith so it is not surprising faith lost especially as she is very vulnerable to his mental manipulation at present

The immediate times post beast are weaker but do not worry the season is going to pick up big time for the final arc and then season 5 awaits the best season (:
