We are on the final straight, guys!! And I loved this 'calm before the storm' episode! Some excellent dialogue in these scenes, it does feel like we are rounding up for the big finish :( But I look forward to expriencing it with you guys! :)

I love spike's speech so much, and the scene where everyone is having sex, but spuffy relationship has changed into something so different and deeper from when it used to be just sex

That Spike and Buffy moment is one of my favorite scenes in the whole show. Their relationship is far from perfect, but having that moment of genuine connection, Spike really seeing Buffy when she needs it most, I love that.

FYI, the new manager at the fast food place you were asking about was a regular character on the show Psych. I'm sure she's done other things, but that's what I think of her from. If you've seen much of that, she would definitely be familiar.

Spike's reaction was exactly what we needed (perhaps minus the punching). The fact they tried to lie about what happened...I'm glad he saw right through it. Even if one weren't a Spike fan, honestly, he's the least insufferable of the bunch right now XD Have to wonder if she weren't kicked out and hadn't been beaten around by Caleb, would it be in Buffy's character to just waltz into someone's home and turf them out, just as she was? Noticed one of the weaknesses in Spike's fake accent during this episode- the way he says "changed your tune" (26:50 ish) should really be "changed your choone" in an English accent XD

The "you're the one" speech is one of my favorite scenes in the series; Buffy and Spike have really matured.

Please watch Dr Horribles Sing-a-long blog it’s a short film by Joss Whedon. It’s got Vi and Caleb in it 😁 you will love it. And it’s only 45 mins long so basically one episode of Buffy. It really was a beautiful contrast! Though I have to say that I couldn't enjoy it in the moment. Because I was just constantly fretting that the showrunners couldn't control themselfes and would just have them hooking up as well in the end.🙈😅
