Hi guys!

WOW, I loved this episode! Definitely one of the best! So much character development for pretty much everyone!  This one really stands out to me as one of the best episodes, so let me know your thoughts on it below!

Warning - Early in the reaction I accidentally paused the video, but I have edited that out and the video should be completely fine for you to sync to! At one point I like say "oh I accidentally paused just now", but leave the videos playing as normal! :)

Love you guys! Only 2 more episodes to go!!

That last scene is so sad. Seeing Powder and Ekko as kids playing, and enacting it for real as enemies; then when Ekko gets the upper hand, he sees not Jinx, but Powder back, and she sees him. She smiles in acceptance of her defeat, and I think her letting go of the bomb is a suicide attempt, knowing what she's become; and its heart-breaking.

Will

Jinx would probably have guessed at Marcus arresting Vi, because he will have been the one that told Silco/Jinx that Vi was dead.

This is a very good point, Will! I knew there was something I wasn't considering!

Will

There is one thing that I did think was a bit unlikely though. I find it hard to believe that Silco doesn't look up into the rafters whenever he comes back into his office.

Will

The scientist guy is called 'Singed'. Although that probably wasn't his name before the events of episode 3. ;)

This really is a great episode! I love that Ekko was able to see the bigger picture and give them the gem without any further questions asked and I always really love how Caitlyn immediately jumps to defend Vi even though they were arguing the last time they saw/ heared each other😊 Also: I never even stopped to think that the leader of the Firelights could be Ekko (or even someone we know) when watching it for the first time, so I thought it was pretty impressive for you to immediately guess this the first time we saw him a few episodes ago😮!

the thing about jinx asking "marcus" in the previous episode is that marcus was the one to tell silco (and presumeably her) that vi was dead. So now after seeing vi alive and saying she was imprisoned, jinx realizes it must've been marcus. and vi's "i don't know, it doesn't matter" is just her really not caring about that in the moment she finally is reunited with her sister, she really wants to move on and wants powder to move on from that and brushes it off. or at least thats how i interpret it.

The Ginger Historian

I do have to call out Netflix here with their subtitles... they have included full lyrics for every song so far. And with this opening sequence the subtitles merely say "[man rapping]" and "[man continues rapping]." What's that about?
