Happy New Year! Upcoming projects & future of the channel (Patreon)

Hello and Happy 2025 to you!I hope you're off to a good start and that you enjoyed the festive season (and got some rest!).I've enjoyed a bit of hibernation, spending days reading by the fire or playing old video games (are there any ‘Heroes of Might and Magic’ fans here?), and I've also enjoyed a few days of real winter, which have become quite rare in my area. Now I'm slowly getting back to working on my videos while sorting through all the stuff I've accumulated over the last couple of years. I like to start with a clean props room so I feel like I've got a blank canvas in front of me!I've already got a dozen video projects for 2025, which only leaves a few gaps for last-minute ideas, but you can be sure there'll be something for everyone!At the moment, it's mostly new characters that are planned (2 dark ones are slowly taking shape), and the first videos of the year will include an English & French hair care session with my sister - filmed in December -, and a new Edwardian roleplay with lots of (unusual) personal attention.The first will be released on 2 February, possibly a few days earlier here on Patreon 🙂 Now, what I'd like for 2025 is to be able to film in new places that aren't my studio or natural landscapes, but perhaps beautiful historic houses or - why not! - manor houses or castles. I'll certainly give it a try at least once and share my discoveries with you, if I can 😄With all these projects in mind, however, I can't ignore the fact that the channel has now entered its ‘quieter era’, which is to be expected after a few years on YouTube, and not necessarily a bad thing (less pressure!). But it does mean that I'm going to have to find a balance between the work and budget involved in some of my videos, particularly the roleplays, and their 'performance' (as much as I hate that word), so as not to burn out or go broke. As most of you know, some videos require weeks of work and sometimes months of anticipation and I may not be able to complete projects as ambitious as I have over the last 2-3 years (and I'm not getting any younger, I'm passing a new decade this year... which also means that a few small but annoying health problems have started to manifest themselves). But as you also know, I love challenges and no doubt this one will boost my creativity! I would also like to take this opportunity to thank you all once again for your fantastic support, as these videos wouldn't be possible without you 😀.
