Urokodaki using the Jason walk to chase the demon is epic!

Hi Kaye! I'm super happy to have found your channel today! I can't wait to watch your reactions <3 I just wanted to give some context about something: Demon Slayer's lore on ghosts and souls is based on Shinto and Buddhist beliefs. In Shinto, everything has a soul and they do not automatically go to Heaven or Hell like in other religions. In Demon Slayer, they can chose to either stay on and watch over the people they love or move on and get reincarnated. So the children the demon ate weren't trapped, they just chose to stay and watch over Urokodaki!

lol no, he wasn't talking about Tanjiro, he's talking about that swordsmith. You'll see him a bit... lol... he cracks me up. Not because of his ridiculous mask either. He definitely has a problem listening to people - he's also totally nuts. You'll get a laugh or two before long...

I gotta say your Japanese pronunciation is really good! One tip from me as a Japanese learning nerd, try to pronounce the vowels kinda flat. So in Fujikasane it's not kasaney/kasaneh more like kasane- with a sharp end in the middle of the e sound, kinda hard to convey in writing. Same with Tanjiro it's not really Tanjiroh more like Tanjiro-.

Thank you so much for this 💛 This adds a lot of perspective looking at the story now. Definitely going to shift my lens as I watch it. I'm excited to learn more about these spiritual aspects of the show ✨

Thank you for the tips!! This is tricky to get over text you're right haha. I did a brief google search lol didn't see its phonetics but I'll keep looking. I'm excited to keep getting better with my pronunciations! I'll keep working on them 😊
