Brace you really should meet with a sleep specialist, they are generally averse to using medication unless all other options fail. They have incredible methods to analyze your sleep patterns, check out polysomnography, and first line treatments are cognitive behavioral therapy and lifestyle changes. There’s a lot you can do before resorting to trazodone (I relate to your feelings about it, sleepiest hangover ever). Even mattress selection and light exposure can help. Just wanted to give you my two cents as someone who’s been in the same boat. Best of luck!

I’d go to cafe gratitude because a girlfriend at the time would want to go . I was also doing the vegan thing because I was a kook and wanted her to like me. However after cafe gratitude fir the however many times and not ever be any way satisfied or hunger quelled , we left and I just walked into the pizza place around the corner and got a slice (veggie) and from that our relationship was over . None the less my life is better , don’t live a false life style, don’t hang out with vegan’s anymore and eat hella stakes and food that is from an animal. I’m healthier. Fuck those vegan veg restaurants, for so many reasons, if not just because but because I’m in a better place cutting them off. Mahalo if you read through my screed , hope it helps you too. 🤙✨💩🌺
