Glad you all finally got to see the long phones, it's one of the funniest gimmicks in the franchise. It's completely logical with where their ears are, but it's such a funny visual no matter what. As much as I love March, Tamamo and the later racers make for much more interesting rivals. You start getting girls that properly match Oguri's level and even surpass her. Tamamo especially.

Oh one more thing: the Symboli mentioned (19:30) is Rudolf’s IRL blood brother. One of the first Japanese horses to compete internationally. He and his brother were supposed to run together in Europe but Rudolf had an injury which meant Sirius had to go alone. …But here they downplay them as childhood friends. Like c’mon they’re both Symbolis! How are they not related in this universe?

There's a lot of really fun details because of the horse features. The long phones, the horse girl running lanes (with higher speed limits than cars), basically all of them being superhuman strong, poor humans trying to raise these infinitely strong and infinitely hungry girls, police horses, etc. The show loves being weirdly serious about how this world would actually work.

Yes Taylor im still around. LOL! Anyway, time to drop some stuff i failed to mention in the previous episodes: 1. Yes long phones are a thing. They even have dedicated "Uma Musume Lanes" on roads so that no one gets ran over by these girls. 2. Oguri Cap IRL is a HUGE eater. It was even said by staff that if he was hungry and it wasn't even feeding time, he would chew on some weeds just to eat something. 3. In the beginning episodes, Oguri mentioned how she could barely stand and walk. This is in reference to how he was during his younger years. He was born with crooked legs and could barely stand. When he wanted to feed from his mom, staff would need to hold him up just so he could feed properly.
