What happens when you get reduced to 0 wounds or less. I combined the death saves & the Warhammer/Mork Borg/Black critical injuries.

I uploaded both a PDF and Word version in case you want to tinker with it.

Should the 13 be 12 in this paragraph? "A roll of 13-20 means the character wakes up in d4 rounds with d4hp."

PDM - How do you feel about permanent HP loss? I haven't done this in D&D, but I have used it in Warhammer and Chaosium titles (Cthulhu, etc.) I use it mostly for things like loss of limbs, or reduction to zero from fire/acid/disintegration. Nothing scares the sh*t out of players like the possibility of the loss of precious HP (even 1 or 2 points); it was nice to have characters actually afraid of fire without having to give them a phobia...
