Now you’re ready for the sequel! Love this one.

Oooooh I cannot wait to watch this reaction! This is one of those movies I regret not watching sooner on your channel! I truthfully stopped going back to watch your older reactions because I got so used to the new set up with the blurred movie sample on the screen that I embarrassingly struggle to sync up to the older reactions now without that guide to help me make sure I'm still in the right spot 😅 so I am more than excited when you cycle back around and rewatch movies like this because it gives me a chance to kick myself in the butt and finally see it! ❤️❤️❤️

I love this film and I think it is a wonderful adaptation of the book. I have always been a Stephen King fan and his son is following closely in his footsteps (Thank the Goddess). I don’t think a sequel is needed tho. This movie was perfect as is.

Not every parents are pure and clean! I like broken characters because it gives...well...character. I'm sure there are fathers out there who beat their kids but deep down has a heart. Not a full on psychopath!

Loved this movie in the theaters and loved yalls reaction! Such an eerie vibe that had me on the edge of my seat for sure! Another movie that also had me on the edge of my seat was the Hell House LLC series…. Worth a watch if no one on the Rejects has seen it :)

I really appreciate that this movie avoided some more predictable elements, like an easy bike lock jumpscare or sequel baiting. Heck, I found it surprisingly refreshing that there's no real antagonist lore dump. Excited to see y'all react to the 2nd one! Definitely avoid any trailers if you can. I scrolled through the comments for the Black Phone trailer (this movie, not the sequel) and apparently it shows pretty much the whole thing. Never understood why modern movies do that
