NCT U's latest music video "UNIVERSE" was originally uploaded to YouTube but blocked in US & Canada. Because of that we are reuploading it here for any US or Canadian Patrons who could not watch it.

I meant to have this up sooner a few days ago but this video we originally recorded WITHOUT any music in it and uploaded it to YouTube without the audio. But to make it more convenient I went ahead and edited the audio back in and that's a bit of a time consuming process and I've been fighting off a cold for a few days so we just now were able to complete it!

So apologies for the few days delay but I think in the long run it's just easier for y'all :)

Hey PD sorry I have a question, are u keeping the skz Christmasevel reaction for Christmas? And if so would u be up to doing a double mv reaction with winter falls?

Merlin

Will there be a listening party for this album in January?👀☺️ it came out today as well ass “Beautiful” MV with 21 members Also just wanted to ask if you are going to check out Paint me naked MV by Ten and Low Low MV with Yangyang & Ten💫

Wilson

Can I request a Return of the Girl listening party for January! Thanks PD!

i kept going “ it’s yangyang PD!!” everytime they asked who it was like they could hear me😭

If they won't do a repack, Universe is the title track for music shows. They released it early for MAMA since it was 12/10 and the album launch is 12/14. Beautiful is the joint MV title track that released 12/14 with the album. since it's a full 21 member song, it won't be on music shows (also ten is still in China). If you don't do a listening party, I suggest the track videos as well as the lore videos (mostly for the video production). Yangyang is the one in the mint hair. Also the live version of this is amazing just to see the choreography. (Inkigayo gives clearer direction who's singing what)

PD not knowing Yang Yang is sending me

F for yangyang 😔 at least he made it in the thumbnail lmaooo

Kpop_Platypus

I agree w/ PD's opinion of baseball as a sport. 😄 I only went w/ my family when I was younger for the toasted nuts, & I brought a book for some actual entertainment. I think only golf is worse. 😝 And yes, PD, this is the title track. They pre-released it so MAMA wouldn't be our very first encounter w/ it. They're performing it on music shows now. I liked the song right off, but it did take me a couple listens to absorb the rhythm changes & rap flows. I like the song a lot, but it still doesn't beat my top 3 NCT U songs: Boss, BDS, & 90s Love.

Erin

Not me screaming at PD "IT'S YANGYANG" 😂

April

This has cemented the fact that PD needs to watch some WayV variety content (I personally reccomend Deam Plan)

Yeah I absolutely adore this song. It has surpassed Make A Wish for me which is just shocking. I LOVE this lineup of members!! Thank you for the reaction, PD, I'm so glad you liked it!

Linda Ngo

Universe is an okay song for me but it certainly doesn't rival Make a Wish. But to each their own. Is say I'm disappointed that PD couldn't recognize YangYang but there are 23 of them so I get the struggle lol

Joy

You may know this already PD, but this is a title song. They have double title tracks this time too. Universe (Let's Play Ball) & Beautiful are the title tracks.

Lan Nguyen Hoang

I can't wait for the listening party of the whole album. IT IS LIT AF

h

the album is SO GOOD!! i cant wait for you to check it out as well as the mv for the song 'beautiful' which has all 21 members on it; the song made me cry lol & was just what i needed to hear after an exhausting first semester of uni and extreme homesickness. looking forward to your reactions!!!

Wheezefest

I personally like Universe more than make a wish. Make a wish is a solid song that's really catchy but it's definitely not in my top 10 nct songs- Universe on the other hand....MIGHT MAKE IT IN THE TOP 10. When that chorus hit, it caught me so off gaurd in the best way possible and it's addictive. And then the hard hitting versus to the smooth prechorus is 🤌*chef's kiss*

Thanks for posting this!! I love this song but i think the best part of this project is the album 😭 the bsides are insanely good, it’s probably my favorite nct album so far

Sam Majeski

It’s Yang Yang ya silly b 😂

Amanda Jay

Hope you do an album review! 😬 Also, the three track videos they released ahead of Universe are REALLY good... it's kinda crazy how much effort they put into them and then don't just do a full-length mv! 😑 Like, someone tell SM we don't NEED 14 different sets every single time... we're good with two, yo! It'd still be better than anything the vast majority of Western artists are doing. Not to mention, I think you owe it to YangYang to watch WayV's in particular... just sayin'. 😉

Yuukie Ortega

to me the song is really good! i think it fires on all cylinders: rapping, dancing, vocals and even mv production. some of my favorite shots of all nct music videos are on here (specifically, orange xiaojun). all the different switch ups should be disorienting but it really feels like how limitless feels like to me; it's fun and a mix of all different genres and styles and it isn't just /one/ type of song but it works! its definitely one of my personal top 5 nct title track songs so you're reaction was super justified lol.

the mint hair is YangYang
