Omg I was thinking of requesting Phantom of the Opera! You should definitely react to that Anniversary show, is incredible. Also, Phantom is played by Ramin Karimloo and Raoul, who you saw for a second, is played by Hadley Fraser who you know!

Rosalia’s LUX Reaction is a MUSTTTTTTTTT. That album is a full immersive experience. On par with Raye’s TMMCH album, as far as commitment to the concept, scale and craft. Incredible truly.

The Phantom of the Opera is BAR NONE my favorite musical of all time. You have GOT to watch the full thing. He lives in the canals and tunnels beneath the opera house and had a secret hidden passage behind the mirror

For T.O.P, just an interesting aside. He keeps saying "a new T.E.M.P.O". -- TEMPO was his stage name before BIGBANG. He was the first underground rapper to become a Kpop idol. He had his own releases and following. But, he was a little heavier and YG had him lose a lot of weight before they'd accept him. That's why the animated character is round. The girl in the video, I personally think, is him singing to his fans. I think he's saying the fans kept him through the darkest times

Ok so “conceited” was actually from Lola’s first album called “ this wasn’t meant for you anyway”. “I’m only f*ucking myself was her second album that came out last year. Her music’s phenomenal. it’s filled with emotion. It’s one of my favorite things about lola. 😆

You reminded me of a story my mom used to tell! When she was in grad school, Elvis played the arena at her school. She always said she didn't have the $5 to go to the show. I looked up the ads in a newspaper archive a few years ago, and the cheap seats really were $5. It really is hard to tell the young Beatles apart. Their manager, Brian Epstein, wanted them to have a certain respectability, so he put them in matching suits. They always start with the same set up on stage. Paul is house left (stage right), George is center stage, and John is house right (stage left.) Paul stands out because he is left-handed, so his guitar points in the opposite direction of George and John. If you want to get started with the Beatles, besides their albums, I recommend two films. A Hard Day's Night is the first and best movie they made together. A few years ago, Ron Howard made a documentary called "Eight Days a Week," which I think you would really enjoy.

The favors album was sooo underrated. they harmonize throughout the whole album. I actually love that Finneas does a lot of the higher notes while harmonizing. You have to listen when you get a chance 😭

Glad you enjoyed Mark on Me! My unofficial count now of members who have caught your ears are K (sounded like Jin) and EJ in Firework; Harua, Yuma, and Taki in Dropkick; and now Yuma and Taki in MOM. The group has recently started a pretty extensive Japanese tour, called Mark on You, and it looks like they are challenging themselves to add new things in their performances. They'll also be performing on a handful of year-end and award shows in Asia this year. I'm happy to keep bringing more of them to the custom requests, because I still haven't sent in a proper performance video or dance practice 😳 coming next month...

Also super happy to see Mamamoo here!! I was able to see them live in August, and OMG, the live vocals are incredible. I don't think I posted any pics or clips in the discord, but I will do that! Seeing 4 Flowers live with choreo made me emotional. Thank you, Jada, for requesting them!! QUEENS!

It’s easy to forget, but the beatles were also pretty young still! P sure they were all still in their early 20s, and this type of fame hadn’t been around for very long yet in music history - so I imagine it’s a mixture of exhilarating, funny (you can see them laughing a few times here) and overwhelming. I looked it up, and $5 back then is like $54 now - so still cheaper than tickets would cost today! You got the names right at the end btw! Yes, the guy you thought was george was actually John, exactly! Thank you for telling me about the biopics, I hadn’t heard of them yet.
