Comic #829: Mythic Ready (Patreon)

Sometimes things work better in rhyme. I had most of the premise for this one written, but I was struggling with the weight of the exposition. I needed to communicate so many different things and I didn't want it to be a dozen panels. By making it rhyme the exposition feels more natural.
I usually come up with a sentence that has the right rhythm and then see if I can find a good rhyme for the second sentence. Because of this I end up with a lot of unused sentence variations. Some of them were successfully paired with rhymes, others not. Here are some examples that I never used:
Panel 3:
Nyte: With a rating that low, you will never get in.
Nyte: If its invites you want, then you need a good rating,
Nyte: Yeah, your rating is running a little behind….
Nyte: With a rating that low, you have no chance in hell
Panel 4:
Donald: friend nyte found a fun way to get my score high!
Nyte: Will someone please bury a sword in my eye?
Donald: friend nyte found a way to bump up my score
Nyte: Fun’s not the way I’d interpret this chore…
Nyte: I regret every choice that I’ve made in my life.
Panel 5:
Donald: My score's really high but I still can't get in!
Nyte: If you're queueing as damage it might be a wait.
Panel 6:
Donald: They want me! they want me! you did it my friend!
Donald: just look at each one of these groups I'll attend!
Panel 7:
Donald: They get me for heals and they have you to thank!
Nyte: Oh dear god in heaven that poor fucking tank...
