At my current rate of play I anticipate getting around to this game around 2035. Look forward to listening!

Thank you for doing the intended readings of "...nani?" and "BWWWEEEEEHHHH??!?!?"

Leah: I don’t think you’re dumb enough to be a himbo. Hard cut to Brian misspelling his own name. The timing was perfect, you have to love it!

Yakuza:Like A Dragon was my entryway into the series, as a lifelong JRPG fan I saw the trailers and was interested but held off on getting it. Between listening to this podcast (especially Leah and Brian really selling there love of the series) and PlayStation Access ( Rosie has a very similar hype to the series) I was finally sold on this one. It really didn’t hurt that it was free on PS Plus. I started the game, blinked, and 105 hrs went by and I had beat my first Yakuza game. I was absolutely a fan and couldn’t believe had wrong I had been about the series, me thinking it was GTA in Japan. Since then I have purchased ever Yakuza/Like A Dragon available to me. Ichiban is definitely in my top 5 favorite characters of all time, how could you not love him? And Nanba was great! I could on and on about all the characters and why I love them as well as the plot, that while being messy, is an absolute blast. I have recommended this game to a friend of mine that doesn’t even like RPGs and I lit went on to be his most played game on PS4, it’s seriously that good.
