On its one year anniversary, it is time to revisit the isle of Tsushima. Brian, Leah and Ryan wax poetic about Lord Sakai's transformation into the titular Ghost, examining if Sucker Punch's open world offering lived up to the hype. Enjoy the verbal duels of the panel, with slightly fewer decapitations.Music featured in this issue:1. The Way of the Ghost by Ilan Eshkeri/Shigeru Umebayashi2. Sacrifice of Tradition by Ilan Eshkeri/Shigeru Umebayashiedited by Ryan Hamann.

On my long 'to play next' list. Although it'll be full of spoilers, I'll listen anyway!

I've played several games down the line that I thought I'd never play so I listened to the episode. Rarely remember a single thing haha :D

Yeh I did the same with Final Fantasy IX, listened to the podcast first then played and realised I'd forgotten the spoilers, I actually find it quite useful listening first - feels like when I do finally play, I'm on the lookout for things that have been mentioned by the team.

There is so much to say about this game, so much to chime in on, in reference to what you talked about in this episode. I guess I'll pick a few things. EDIT: Nice. Spent 20 min writing a long comment and Patreon ate it for breakfast x3

Another fantastic episode! I would like to address one thing and that’s a particular viewpoint from within the panel. I personally criticise certain parts of the game (ie some voice acting and writing) not for lack of appreciation of the game but frustration that it is so close to perfect! I’m all for super serious melodramatic games, as it portrayed a serious time in history, but surely a fart joke and a laugh from Jin wouldn’t go amiss? In any case well done panel! Also if CaR go into reviewing other things, this particular episode could act as a serviceable review of a particular alcoholic beverage!

I am very tempted to check out the episode even though i am in the midst of playing through Ghost of Tsushima myself now that ive acquired a PS4-Pro. I must stay strong, i must abstain. I am sure the episode is great though, i dont say it enough but i appreciate all that you guys do. If my will holds up i shall return to this episode once the story is wrapped up.
