Great to hear from Josh again! Also, finding out that Leon is a fan of Nobunaga’s Ambition makes me love him even more!

Glad to hear Leah didn’t really kill Josh 😁

There are some hard truths in Leon’s Chocobo story. While not the red variety, I have a distinct memory of a battle against an entire team of the yellow bastards lasting almost two hours. Red Chocobo meteors may end a fight in a hurry, but a gang of yellows’ healing ability can extend a battle into infinity. I tell myself that I eventually won that fight, but it probably actually ended with me turning the console off.

Gonna miss Josh being a regular of the show, maybe Leah can bully him into coming on to a Final Fantasy X-2 show if she picks that one year xD. Loved this one though as Tactics always brings up some interesting discourse. Best of luck to Josh and his new endeavors!

For me Final Fantasy Tactics is one of the best games in the series. I first got this game back in 98 when I was in high school and though I’m not typically one to enjoy strategy games I adore the battle system in this game. I have beat this game so many times that it’s laughable. The first half starts off difficult but the second you get Orlando T.G. Cid the game becomes a cake walk. That is one of my only problems with the game it gets really easy when the named characters start to join your squad leaving no utility for the characters that you made yourself. Also to me the plot is a bit forgettable not bad just easy to forget. I would recommend this game to anyone who like strategy games and/or Final Fantasy games, especially the remaster on PS5.
