-- OP 1121 + 1122 --

━━━━━━━━

The Patreon reactions act as a watch-along being uncut with a timer on screen! This way, you can watch my full reaction by syncing up the show on an official platform on another device, another tab on your computer, etc.

Save your tears, you have other things to cry for later 😂

Ant

Always love when I open patreon to Jack crying

Daniel Ayala

Ami trippin or is the second episode out of sync?

Magenta Bennies

Obviously at this release you have more eps to do but when you make it to weekly will you go on break to do 2 eps back to back every other week or just following sunday release do a single react?

Freezing b

damn only 3 more and then itll be weekly?

Sceptic Llama

We got the remake of fishman island to hold us over. But it was a long wait. Its actually kinda funny, cause so far, the egghead arc is about 30% egghead and 70% other stuff.

S W

It's just Garp bro you'll be alright

Svenja

why does Oda love to make us cry so much

QuarkUI

The second episode is 10 seconds behind what the timer says.

Uselesskazuma

when he recorded these it would become weekly for him but we will still have the same schedule of releases until its caught up with the anime

الوليد Waleed

The Timestamp at ep 1122 says 1:50, but Jack says 1:40 and that what he actually start at

Kim Adams

I used the break to do my set of one piece art lol

Suneater.mp4

More tears will come later don't worry lol Also I hope he watches opening 26 sometime since he didn't watch it with 1122 and that's the last ep with it

Y0m0three

We need more Koby feats, stat. Honesty impact is incredible and I do like the kid as a character, but considering he was an active liability for that entire story arc, he needs way more actual credible positive feats to make the loss of Garp look even close to worth it for me.

blazera

jack's gotta see the impact frame of kuzan and garp

Sir sir

Dude has never once been caught up waiting for episodes, telling them to take a couple year break. Jack I will find you.

Erzschuft

I believe to think that Kuzan saved Garps Life when he froze him, because of his insane bloodlose

Ender

But that is the point, he is just starting the journey and Garp trained him and knows that Coby has a good sense of justice so all the feats are still in the coming while Garp is getting older and bets everything on this hand since he knows that he won´t do much more the older he gets.

joaokappa

oh jack. we aren't even near the climax of the arc .... brace yourself for the peak that has yet to come

SimStu

Welp. 1122 is the last dubbed episode, for now. I wish the One Piece dub stops being so insanely stupid and starts simulcasting instead of putting 12 episode batches on the Microsoft Store (???) FOR $40 A PIECE. Knowing them, they'll dub Fishman Island first, but I look forward to joining the rest of you some day. If my dream were to come true, they will start Simulcasting, and Oda will not release the final manga chapter until the anime is caught up, and they can be released at the same time. If not, I'll have to cut myself off from the internet for a few years, because the entire planet is gonna get spoiled once the One Piece is actually revealed

Azael Santacruz

Do we have to remind ourselves what happend the last time we saw Aokiji entirely freezing someone to death while that freezing person was laughing? ... I have no proof but im cooping myself to bealive Garp is still alive just like Saul ... we just have to wait like 800 more episodes to see him again 🥹 right? 🥲 ...right!? 😭

chrisis

peak piece does it yet again

chrisis

God the whole thing w the battleship bags and tying Koby into it was so beautiful man

Chrysanthemum

Don't forget the cracks that ran all through Pizzaro's Island arm before the impact hit. Koby found a way to unlock Ryuo, invade your body, Haki and the way he did the impact is the proof. Jack also mentioning how bright Koby's fist became before the punch is definitely another indicator in my mind. Makes me wonder if that bright yellow Haki is the same as the Yellow/Golden lightning that Luffy uses alongside the Black Conquorers Haki lightning when he's in Gear 5? I think that's the "Freedom" of Gear 5 because Luffy is constantly pumping Ryou Armament Haki in a way like he would with Conquorers Haki. Remember back to his fight with Kaidou "Can you wear Conquerers Haki like armament?" is what he asked Kaidou at one point either after Momo flew him back up or when it first became the 1 on 1, I forget exactly when

Omniplaystation

I just wanted to comment on this one in particular to say that your reactions were how I managed the hiatus. It hurt like hell in the beginning but I was still getting consistent 'new' One Piece to look forward to 3 times a week thanks to you. So thank you so much for sharing your journey with us like this. Been a while since I said that. Looking forward to watching weekly with you. Also just wanted to point out how twice, "How do you even fight San Juan Wolf?" "How do you even fight an island?", Garp answered both those questions the same way. With your fist👊

dylan carters

its such an awful cycle ill go back and re-watch dub so many times just to fill the void of waiting for the new 12 episode batch.

Chase Matthew

You actually still have 16 episodes until youre caught up. 16 episodes of insanity.

Dunion Rings

Here's a fun fan theory. Hibari has a huge crush on Koby, obviously, but there might be a rather difficult obstacle if Koby returns the feelings. A common fan theory is that Hibari's father is none other that Akainu. The actual "evidence" of this is that they both speak with a Hokaido accent. This wouldn't be a big deal if they weren't literally the only two characters in the series that do.

The Otter Man

He's already caught up. This was recorded when only 3 episodes had released after the 6-month void.

sil patel

Jack has to start looking at these impact frames. Because that DAP was PEAK

The Otter Man

Oh wow as a long time weekly-reader, I must have somehow missed this theory! But it's super interesting that Akainu has a very northern accent considering his whole vibe is sorta tropical. I guess there are several volcanoes on Hokkaido, but that isn't super unique within Japan.

k1ng0fqu33n5

Life Hack, just watch it subbed.

SimStu

That's like telling Luffy he should ask Rayleigh about Laugh Tale. The sub is not my journey, neither is the manga. I've been with the dub since I started 3 years ago, I am NOT about to take a cheap shortcut NOW.

Daemedeor

He reacted to it on stream a while back during the 6 month hiatus

Gita

He sure is more valuable alive than dead, also more valuable than Coby. Aside from being a bargaining chip, if they want to collect 3 billion from the Cross Guild, they can. But they can get money from plundering random ships full of rich people, but not deals and power. the fact that he's not only a bargaining chip for the navy but also a bait for another emperor, Luffy, and even the revolutionaries, Dragon. But I doubt Dragon would risk his whole operation to save someone other than Luffy.

Keishawn

this is a popular theory im surprised u havent seen it

Keishawn

for real! Jack really helped with that 6 month void period.

Monsieur Sanji

Man, Kuma still fucks me up and I am a Manga reader, I think it's been a good half decade since I've cried like this...

Dark Kronis

blackbeard wants to be a king and Garp is a fantastic bargaining chip to make it happen

Gita

Yup! Mans got everything in his arsenal. Insane bargaining chip, insane devil fruits in his hands, insane feats of a crew and basically a kingdom full of pirates. Not to mention if we talk about the manga, which will be another conversation since Jack is anime only watcher so no manga spoilers😇

Steelt

this was the last episode before the 6 month break and they sure made it go into the break with a massive impact. And still the 6 month break to secure the quality of the final saga of one piece, so far has been soo worth it. Most episodes since the break is over have been a blast in animation or framing.

Nostalgino MO

aint no way you are crying over fraud D garp

Vrahnken Eisenbach

o7 o7 o7 o7 o7 Long live Vice Admiral Garp in our hearts. May he continue to push us ever onwards. o7 o7 o7 o7 o7

Tony Lozada

Sengoku about to come out of retirement to save Garp! (I am anime only so please no spoilers)

Wesley Owens

This is so funny to watch knowing Jack pulled 6 Ultra Rare Koby's in a row when any one of them had equal chance to be Garp instead and he never got a Garp. Bounty Rush trying to teach you Garp's Lesson 1

zoomTACO

I was catching up on the anime and got to these episodes as I was also watching a bunch of Live Action reactions. Knowing these episodes and listening to people theorize about what Coby becomes was so good.
