The OP is safe to watch. Anything that can even remotely be considered a spoiler needs the context you wouldn’t have without watching the show. It’s like Specialz from JJK season 2. It shows Nobara covering her left eye, but you wouldn’t understand that it’s a “spoiler” until after watching the episode.

Right. All I was saying is that the level of spoilers in Chase is basically like Nobara covering her eye in Specialz. It may show something, but you have no context or understanding of what it is until after you see it in the show. Not quite on the same level of "spoiler" as Nobara covering her eye, but the same amount of context.

S city a reference to Araki's hometown Sendai. This manga creator has the same hometown as the JoJo creator.

Part 4 only gets better from here on out, the first half is the slow half of the part. Also you're right to think Rohan Kishibe is broken, he's basically melee-range Light Yagami. If it wasn't for hairdo rage we would have never won, I genuinely think he could give Jotaro a run for his money.

The OP doesn't really have any spoilers but it will likely give you hints regarding the appearance of upcoming characters and sometimes their roles in the story... if you want to be 100% safe you could wait til episode 23. By then it won't show you anything or hint at anything you didn't see already.
