Hey friends! 💛 I’ve been getting some questions about how I draw without a pencil sketch, so I thought I’d share my little trick!

I start by setting up points with my fineliner. I place light dots to mark where the main parts of the house will go. I usually begin with the roof and the base, then add dots for the windows and door. If I notice that a dot isn’t working, no big deal! I just place another one—believe me, the final drawing will hide those extra dots, and you can always cover any mistakes with a white gel pen!

Once the dots are all set, I connect them one by one to build the house. This is how I’ve drawn all the houses during the first two weeks of Inktober—simple as that!

This technique helps me train my eyes for proportions and my hand for smoother, more precise lines. Try it, with every drawing your lines will get sharper and proportions more accurate. I hope this helps!

Wow, no way! 😲 That shop is only 5 minutes from you? How cool is that! Now I’m curious—what country is it in? I wish I could try their lemon pie! So glad you liked the drawing!
