[Tidbits & Clarifications][Lots off Reading] - We learned about Kirio and Squad 0 in "Turn Back the Pendulum" or the Urahara Captain backstory. Kirio was the Captain the Urahara replaced and that Hiyori was attached to. - Many forget but the Shiba family are a noble/royal Shinigami lineage, clearly they play a part in transporting 0 squad which has to hold some weight. - Yes, People thought Kaien just happened to look similar to Ichigo, but in typical Kubo fashion it was him laying hints, Isshin, in general, has many physical features shared by the Shiba Clan, this also means that Ichigo is of Shinigami Nobility. (from extra material, we learn that Royals/Nobles have far more spiritual pressure than others, this adds to why Ichigo seems to be above the rest, he's a noble shinigami, quincy, and has hollow powers.) - It was removed from the anime, but in the manga, part of why Yhwach leaves is because the 0 squad was coming. - The Soul Kings' appearance lines up with Aizen calling him "That THING!" - Not many people payed mind to the attitude towards the 0 Squad, most of our Captains seem to have a feeling of distaste towards meeting them. The 0 Squad are expressed in a way that elludes to them not caring about anything except for protecting the soul king, which the logic is sound, but they seem to lack any form of compassion for the 1000's of slaughtered shinigami. - Tite Kubo (Creator of Bleach) recieved some death threats for the supposed killing of byakuya, some believe it played a part in the decision to keep him alive (However it's not a proven fact at all, and actually goes against what Kubo says in his interviews regarding how metacilious he is about killing characters.) - There is more information on Broken Bankai in the manga and they put it on the mid episode screen card, however it's never translated so people miss out. (For example Ikkaku's Bankai is practically useless right now cause it got destroyed in Bankai form, Renji's is also somewhat damaged) - In Kluboutside Q&A # 548, we learn that Senjumaru used to be the leader of an unofficial inventors group in Soul Society long before the Shinigami Research and Development Institute was founded. Mayuri Kurotsuchi was her subordinate at that time. - Sidenote: Unohana being completely unafraid to tell the 0 Squad what they can or can't do shows a level of separation between her and the others. Soi Fon also defied them however it's from a place of youthful ignorance and emotion. [Reposted]

And one more piece of clarification: Ginjo and Tsukishima are in the soul society because, well, they died, where else are they going to go? (other than become hollows I guess)

The dub for bleach is great but Unohanas VA on sub always made me weak. The sad part of dubs is that reactors miss the sub VAs which are normally better but also end up missing the rare gems of sub VAs that come along rarely. Most might disagree but after watching these eps on multiple reactions I just felt Unohanas voice didn't hit me today as usual.

Jason Mclean

Well stated, Kubo just told us thst Ichigo's family by blood is way bigger than we thought. He told us with hints over the years many fans picked up on it. But this was more confirmation

unohana sub always make me 🥵

Ethan Morgan

Tsukishima and Ginjo are humans when humans die they go to the soul society 10/10 call back

Christopher Smith

Hey idk if it was on purpose, but this one got posted and ep 7 didn’t go up

Richard Martinez

You guys know Society is like Heaven right? They died, and guess where they ended???
