The Bird of Hermes aka D.D.D.D Super-Dimensional Sovereign Emperor Zero Paradox from YuGiOh The Trading Card Game

#SundayRundown So now we have reached a moment in Bleach that has been a unreasonably hot topic in the fandom since July 9th 2014 that persists to this day, Giselle Gewelle and whether she is trans or not. Which personally I feel like this is very clear cut, considering Giselle is part of the all female Sternritter group, is referred to as she/her 90% of the time, and is clearly upset for being called out, she is trans. The biggest counter points that people will use against this are Yumichika calling her a man and one of Kubo's q&a's. On the Yumichika point, that's just how he fights, in every single one of his fights he gets under his opponents skin by insulting them, when he fought Ganju, Yumichika would contantly insult how he looked, and when fighting Charlotte he did the same. And on the point of the Q&A, Kubo was asked if Giselle is a man, to which he answered yes. But considering that every time after this Q&A, Kubo has referred to Giselle as she or her, including another Q&A where he was asked how the other Sternritter percieve her gender (1) and he said it varies. To me a big supporting point is that Mayri, the physical manifestation of ummm actually, calls Giselle she. Another supporting point is that whenever Kubo draws a group with only female characters most of the time he includes Giselle (2), which Giselle is always drawn with feminen clothing as well (3). AND on this website he released a drawing of Giselle with her having a cigarette with the colors of the transflag on it (4). Giselle in the dub is alls played by Casey Mongillo who themselves in non-binary. #SundayRundown Bleach TYBW Mayuri proving why he’s the MVP of this arc. Fun Fact: Mayuri is actually Kubo’s favorite character. They even brought back Bleach’s triumphant return theme “The Fire/1106 TYBW Ch United” just for him. Anyways, Yumichika is a Flamboyant character (as seen in JoJos) as psychologically and fashionably free men calling out a trans character as Giselle who’s a despicable character as a necrophile (someone who sexually violates corpses) that actually deserves it and the reason for it is that it’s part of their character. It was said that if Kubo wasn’t a manga author he would be a fashion designer, and in the high fashion industry men wearing certain clothing are labeled, confused and accused to be a part of a minority group (LGBTQ) as a certain sexuality (gay/queer) when it’s demeaning and fallacious proving that society can’t accept people wearing what they want or recognize them for what they truly are as Flamboyant, so this is clearly exposing that BS basically saying “Stop hijacking our shit” As point proven with you guys (mainly Navi) once saying that the Arrancar, Charlotte Chuhlhourne, reminds you guys more of a JoJo‘s character just because of his body when they usually act nothing like that, instead of more accurately like Yumichika himself. Another thing to address even tho it’s not a big deal but it’s getting a lot of attention: Orihime’s Outfit People are really going Ooga Booga for the Booba. Guess this is what they mean by “best thing since sliced bread” For those curious, Regarding her chest the outside reason is cause Kubo stated that he would make her chest bigger each time every arc until his editors would notice and tell him not to, but they never did and so the rest is history. One of her friends at the beginning of the series said all the 🍞 she eats goes to her chest. There was also a scene explaining Orihime’s outfit with Yoruichi’s reintroduction who sticked her hand between her breasts randomly that was supposed to be adapted in this episode (here’s the manga panels https://www.facebook.com/share/1BUxw54gk4/?mibextid=wwXIfr) but it was deemed “tonally inappropriate” for a war arc as a fan service comedy gag that Kubo has requested to the studio to be cut out aggressively like many other scenes before but even he was surprised by it being removed since it airs near midnight timeslot. Actually surprised and a little disappointed since it gave Ichgio and Orihime more chemistry that was removed, as she only wore it to impress him and was given to her by Kisuke. The theme playing at the beginning of the Ep is basically part of Aizen’s theme remixed, the lyrics are “You’re no good, and you mean no good, Treacherously” It’s a well-known fact as no secret that although music in general is subjective, Bleach has the best OSTs in anime. Also Sidenote essential info from what you guys missed with Eps 19 & 20: A beautifully poetic parallel betwwen how Rukia’s Bankai is the white moon while Ichigo’s Final Getsuga is the Black sun. https://images.app.goo.gl/ABqG2AkEVxd8QRaf9 And also, Fun Fact: Yachiru is the name Kenpachi gave her after the person he admired- Yachiru Unohana. They’re the same name.

Bleach TYBW Episode 22- Marching Out The Zombies Keyword Page 1: Barriers of Reiokyu (“Soul King’s Palace Barrier”) “The robe worn by Ichigo Kurosaki when he returned to the Seireitei after completing his training at the Soul King Palace was woven from the bones and hair of Squad Zero, known as the ‘Ōken’ (‘King’s key’). The resistance and defensive capabilities of the Ōken were essential to protect Ichigo from friction as he descended at high speed through the 72-layer barrier between the Soul King‘s Palace and the Seireitei, but because of this, a pathway hole in the barrier remained open for the next 6000 seconds (100 minutes or an hour and 40 minutes), creating a ‘path’ for Yhwach to reach the Soul King’s Palace.” Episode 22 Keyword Page 2: 12th Division Underground Battery (“Flower Crane Cannon”) “This is a replica of the Kakaku Taihō (Flower Crane Cannon) of the Shiba family, which was secretly built in the basement of the Research and Development Department by Mayuri, who foresaw the situation following Squad Zero’s movements. The main difference between the Flower Crane Cannon and the replica is that while the Flower Crane Cannon can launch a Kidō formed shell or the Tenchūren from its barrel using Kidō, while the replica can only launch a rocket powered capsule by gathering a large amount of Reiryoku. The Flower Crane Cannon, built using the Shiba family's secret technology, cannot be completely copied and can only be used once due to problems with securing the energy and durability of the launch.”

“I know you’re trying to hide it, but you reek of semen.” 😭😭 that quote will forever live on

Step B.

#SundayRundown - Yumichika had a crazy line toward Giselle in this confrontation that made it infamous back in the day manga scanlations on sites like Mangapanda or Mangastream 😭. According to Kubo Giselle is biologically a man and identifies as a woman so Giselle is always included with the other female sternritters in stuff. As far as Nel is concerned since y’all brought her up she’s only not useful because her mask is still leaking reiatsu constantly so even if she went into her original form she wouldn’t be able to maintain it just like in her battle with Nnoitra. If they found a way to fix it I’m sure she’d come along. Plus there are more female characters around other than just Nel that could show up, you guys haven’t wracked your brain enough 🤐

Bleach Calaminator

It actually became more prevalent in recent years as opposed to being such a hot topic back then. And this goes to show that Kubo can acknowledge a trans while understanding that biologically they are what they are.

Tupocalypse Shakur

#SundayRundown Charlotte's been recast, now they're played by Bill Butts who voices Barack Obama in Baki

Adan Guzman

There’s also the fact that Giselle simply hates being referred to as a man as we can see with Yumichika and probably implied with Charlotte.

Gremmy Thoumeaux

#SundayRundown Bleach In the original translation of the Japanese broadcast, Yumichika found out Giselle was a biological male because Giselle “smelled like semen,” which is what he said in the manga. Giselle also said she was “wet” instead of excited when she killed Bambietta which was also changed. One thing they cut out from the manga is Yumichika saying, “Don’t you mean you got HARD instead?” It’s not hard to imagine why they changed it for the international release. 😅 Check out the 2 clips where you can see the dialogue yourself: https://youtu.be/hZpL2a_gukM?si=0ZyiTENma0fmIrl0

Esther

Yumichika was being transphobic. Giselle is a trans woman.

Bleach Calaminator

False, he just simply smelled the BS in his enemy being a necrophile that actually deserves to be called out, and to stand up for what he is as a flamboyant character like he did against the Arrancer Charlotte that most of society confuses for being part of of that minority group instead of their own unique group of psychologically and fashionably free men as seen in JoJos.

Dylan Hull

Kubo did confirm that Giselle is male though

Esther

Do you understand what trans people are or not? She was born male, yes, biologically, but she is LITERALLY trans. she goes by she/her pronouns and her GENDER is female.

Esther

Giselle is trans. What are you talking about? If he wanted to call her out for being a necrophile then he wouldn’t have mentioned her gender/her being born male. he would’ve said something about the smell of corpses. Like y’all are not serious.

Bleach Calaminator

We understand what trans people are, and that’s completely fine to anyone who actually is, but that’s besides the point. Yumichika saying what he said was just to get a triggering reaction as the quickest way to get under their skin, cause biologically a trans would still be 1 of the 2 sexes, in this case a male. Smelling like corpses wouldn’t get the point across as they take pride in it.

#SundayRundown Bleach Repost and edited from weeks ago but I believe it contains important details and information. This was a great episode. Now regarding Ywhach, there’s a manga chapter called “God like you” that takes place in the Rukia vs As nodt episode but has not been adapted in the anime up to this day. The chapter in question details Ywhach origin and lets you understand what kind of being he is, this information is very helpful and helps understanding future events and revelations. Due to this and things said by the producers there are theories that a more elaborate backstory is being made for cour 4 and a lot your question will be answer there. Also, with As nodt’s flashback we are introduce to a concept that the fandom calls “Old gen and New gen”. This refers to the Sternritters, as you could see As nodt was in very modern hospital which means he’s from our era or close, while some other Quincys are stated to have been with Ywhach for over a thousand years, with this information we can deduced that there two types of Sternriters, those who were with Ywhach since the beginning and those who were recruited recently. This is also why people believe that they do not age in the shadow realm, since some of the old gen look the same even after 1000 years, so who do you think is from old gen and who is from new gen, based on what you have seen and their personalities. Also, in this epsiode a very iconic scene was removed. In the lab with Urahara, Chad asked Ichigo what he thought about Orihime's clothes and they both became embarrased, it is also revealed that Urahara made the clothes and told Orihime that it would make Ichigo happy if she wore them. In the middle of that Orihime's boobs were going to spill out so Yoruichi appeared by shoving her hand between Orihime's boobs to prevent that and encourage her to be proud and scolded Ichigo for not complimenting her apprearence. PEAK.

Meh

My spoon is too big XD technically Nel wasn't beaten, her power ran out and we haven't seen her since.

ispeckz--

Tired of this always becoming an argument in comment sections during these episodes 🤦‍♂️

Bleach Calaminator

The point of the remark wasn’t to being transphobic, it was just to solicit a reaction exposing them. At the end of the day, it all depends on how you take it and unless you yourself or anyone here is trans (which even they’re not a hive mind to collectively agree on or get offended with) you can’t really speak on how many to most of them they would take it.

Esther

I don’t think you understand what you’re actually saying, lol. He made a transphobic remark: he is transphobic, regardless of whether or not he “knew.” That’s besides the point—he was being transphobic.

Bleach Calaminator

Yeah….. It really shouldn’t be an argument and yet here we are.

Bleach Calaminator

Except once again, the point of the remark wasn’t trying or intended to be transphobic regardless of how it came off. He’s not transphobic in the slightest. Your feels is not the reals.

Bleach Calaminator

Completely depends on the context, if a non-black or white person says that word out of pain or frustration instead of directly saying it to someone like any cuss word, then it inherently itself is not racist, same for if they’re reading or quoting it off of something.

Maximum Homerdrive

the uncut isn't done properly. why is the start timer there the entire episode?

Phillip C Bermea

In The Japanese dub they recorded two different dialog versions for the yumichika and Giselle scenes. One was for Disney and the other for televised audience/bluray if I remember correctly.

Bleach Calaminator

Why would I do that when there’s no need for me to just cause you telling me to? It’s not the same as needing or triggered to say it as opposed to saying it just cause. I’m not a fool. Also, now you’re saying it’s a completely different scenario when you brought up the comparison in the first place, regardless the point once again wasn’t to be transphobic but just to get a reaction calling them out.

Esther

If a nonblack person says the n word, they are racist. It doesn’t matter the context. It’s racist. Period. you don’t say the N word if you are not black.

#SundayRundown #BLEACH MY SPOON IS TOO BIG! OKAY, NOW TO REITERATE A POST FROM TWO WEEKS AGO, SINCE THIS INFO IS VERY RELEVANT COMING UP: 1. In the Kenny vs. Gremmy
episode, you guys remembered the scene where Yachiru and Kenpachi met, but you DIDN'T remember that her name was Yachiru, or that Unohana's real name is Yachiru, and that when Kenny saw that the baby he met didn't have a name, he gave her that name and said "It's the name of the person I admire most." 2. Suraj probably forgot he said this, but I'm correcting him anyway: There aren't a handful of people with two bankai. There are a handful of people with 2 zanpakuto, period. Kyouraku has 2 swords that both transform when he releases his shikai, Katen Kyoukotsu. Ukitake has one sword, but when he releases his shikai, it becomes two, Sogyo no Kotowari. Ichigo now has 2 swords that, just like his previous sword, are always in shikai form.

Bleach Calaminator

Thankfully that’s not the case due to free speech as yes that’s a thing.

Xonok

I remember in the manga Yumichika did said the line in the uncensored version.

Bleach Calaminator

Context doesn’t contradict free speech, unless it’s hate speech which this case wasn’t.

Christian R Lewis-Batista

One of my favorite fights in the manga and anime, and pretty faithful to the original source material. Plus we love a good Mayuri showing. We see the results of what happened to Bambietta, aka Zombietta, when she got surrounded by the femritters, people in the community kinda felt bad for her here because of her treatment. In my opinion I think it was a mercy by Giselle and the group because Haschwalth would have killed her because she lost, as seen with BG9 and Cang Du, pronounced Sang To cuz he’s chinese. By turning her into a zombie, she released Ywach soul back to him and was able to keep her friend with her. Additionally some things were changed in the anime and expanded upon visually. Comedy scene in the Yoruichi meeting, she teases Orihime and thrusts her hand into her boob window. She does this because she is trying to tease Ichigo and Orihime so they can finally get together. Bambiettas Vollstandig is named by Kubo. It is called Zofiel, Blaze of God. If you notice her wings are darker here and that’s because she is a zombie now so her holy form is tainted. And if you think she seems weaker, it’s because she is. Because she was killed, she has less “power” and overall isn’t as good as she was when alive. Kubo even wanted to change the design of her holy form more but ran out of time. You can search up his drafts So this was a good visual indicator that she wasn’t as powerful and that’s why she lost to Charollete. With the Giselle fight, Yumichica had some lines censored when revealing who Giselle is. He says that “he can tell she is a man because she reeks of semen.” And when she slaps Zombietta, she says that killing Bambi got her wet, but Yumichica counters and says “dont you mean you got hard.” I can see why they wanted to tone it down some but they were pretty funny lines when reading weekly. Back in the day, people were pretty damned shocked with this reveal and it elevated Giselle as a fan favorite. Not only from her torturous playful nature, but because of all the faces she makes. Every new chapter you could tell Kubo was enjoying making her little twisted faces. In the light novel stories, we actually get expanded knowledge on Giselles personality. She is in fact a sadist. She finds love and pleasure from her zombies, and she gets into a relationship with Zombietta who becomes subservient to her. And the reveal of Black Hitsuguya was great. We all rejoiced at the diversity lol. But yes Hitsuguya is dead and it was a complete shock back in the day, especially after Buyakuyas survival. Hitsuguya is kinda the golden child of Kubo and nobody could believe he was killed off. Honestly his death reveal was one of the best cliffhangers when reading. Now picture this, not only did Giselle kill Hitsuguya, but she loved him so much, she stripped him naked and put him in her new outfit. This thought was pretty dominant with the community back in the day. Also his quincy drip is second to none and he lowkey is dressed better than all the other sternritter. Over all a great episode with some amazing music and comedy. Also definitely check out Giselles sub actor. Like i said last week, the mannerisms are so much better and you get her personality more. The slapping Bambi scene and the sucking and bashing bambis head scene are great watches in sub. You get the twisted sadist personality more.

Erl Sweatpants

Toshiro not beating the overrated allegations. Bros always a liability 😭

Kho

My spoon is too big lol glad you guys enjoyed this episode

Sou saetern

I'm looking forward to next week's fight!

Duvorious R. Ingram

Was it just me or was the episode mot shown with the reaction at all and also so Giselle is a man???

Infinitely Bi

Mayuri is the ULTIMATE Good-Bad Guy character 😂😂 Like he is TERRIFYING if he is your opponent, Yet he is EQUALLY TERRIFYING if hes on your side as well!! Always gotta watch your ass with Mayuri around ☠️☠️

ispeckz--

It was suppose to be a haha moment and nothing deeper than that. Kubo said Giselle is male but draws her around the female cast because he obviously sees that she is feminine so this whole thread has got to chill.

ispeckz--

I could be wrong but didn’t the initial Japanese release also have the line being that way as well?

Esther

Well transphobia isn’t funny. And you clearly need to google what TRANS WOMEN are, because you clearly don’t understand. Yes, she was born male, but she presents as a woman, and she was offended by the “joke”. It’s not funny. It never was.

Xonok

Hitsugaya is not beating the scrub allegations 😂. Just have Renji become captain of the 10th division 🤭. Imagine the 10th division went from having Kurosaki (Shiba) Isshin who could go toe to toe with Aizen, to Hitsugaya who gets one shotted by Aizen.

Ken Lang

Dang they're still pronouncing Bambietta's name as Bambeeta

Bleach Calaminator

Difference of culture cause it’s clearly funny to the Japanese.

Gremmy Thoumeaux

It’s funny because if you know Tekking101 which I imagine you might, used to pronounce her name that way until he got corrected also.

Esther

It’s only hilarious to transphobes. I know plenty of Japanese people who did not think that was funny. So try again.

Bleach Calaminator

Personally found it more of a shock value moment rather than something funny and also well deserved considering the character.

Esther

So you think transphobia is deserved? Ok.

Bleach Calaminator

Learn how to carefully read. I said CONSIDERING THE CHARACTER it’s well deserved. Giselle is a damn necrophile.

StuntonemSteve

I never really thought of Hitsugaya as a scrub. His battles are just never really in his favor. Especially the Aizen fight because everyone basically got one shotted there so its not fair to only single him out. Plus, we keep forgetting he's the youngest captain meaning he doesn't have the experience as other captains and he's been going up against pretty strong opponents.

Xonok

I mean aside from Aizen, Hitsugaya has a really bad record on his fights. Hitsugaya VS Halibel even with help she was only trap by his ice and was not even close to dying. Hitsugaya VS Luppi again he got destroyed and could barely injure Luppi. Hitsugaya VS Bazz B even with his bankai he was getting decimated by the Heat. Also, nearly all the fullbringers were scrubs aside from Ginjo and Tsukishima, so Hitsugaya beating Yukio is not a big accomplishment. I'll agree to disagree, if you want to believe that Hitsugaya is not a scrub by all means. Kubo himself place Hitsugaya as a jobber in the story.

Atrense

Yes. Kubo confirmed in a Klub Outside interview that she's biologically a male but nobody in the Wandenreich really like, cares. It's up to the individual for what they call her but most of the Bambis accept her as a woman. Yumichika, in the manga _and sub_, specifically calls out that she reeks of semen. Which is why he's covering his nose and mouth when he says it. To be clear, he's not just saying it as a joke. This is a hint that she's a necrophiliac as well when combined with literally everything else she says and how excited she is with Bambi. When she talks to Yumichika and Ikkaku about how she had to kill Bambi to turn her, in the manga and sub, she mentions the look on Bambi's face when she was dying made her wet. So. That's kind of the whole point of her being called out by Yumichika.

Shockzz1234

Bill Butts is an incredible name

Shockzz1234

Completely unrelated to your points about Giselle - but man, Kubo is such a dope artist lmao, LOOK at these pieces, they're all so cool.

Masked Void

[Tidbits] - Comedic scenes revolving around Orihime's attire were removed. It expresses that Urahara made the outfit and Orihime wore it to impress Ichigo, but naturally, Ichigo wasn't properly aware. - The scene with Yumichika covering his nose was purposely re-recorded for Western audiences. In the Manga and in the Japanese episode, Yumichika is saying to Giselle: " You're a man, aren't you? You may think you have concealed it, but frankly, you stink of semen" (Which is why Yumichika was covering is nose) (This was likely changed for Western audiences because of social stances on the matter) - Many forget that the Shiba family was, or rather are by blood, one of the 5 Major Noble Families. The fact that they have a canon capable of reaching the Soul Palace says a lot and raises some interesting questions. (Plus, imagine how strong Kukaku's fire must be if she has enough energy to set off that canon) - Many people miss it but Giselle and her awful treatment towards Bambi is supposed to mimic how Mayuri was first introduced. He used Nemu as a tool and was wickedly violent and sadistic. By using Giselle/Bambietta as a parallel it shows us in part how Mayuri has grown since then. (Though Mayuri still isn't that good of a person but certainly better) - Mayuri finding dead Arrancar corpses in Szayelapporos' lab makes sense when you know additional information we learned in the light novels. In his Human life, Szayel and his brother Ylfordt worked for a great nation and Szayel was a Human Alchemist; there, he was doing cruel and gruesome Human experimentation. - Giselle's ability is to "Zombify" which is tricky because when we think Zombies, we think of already dead things. Here it's not the exact same, her Zombification practically allows her to control people and they become her puppets. She can zombify the Dead and the Living.

bxqlash

The reason why the scene was changed for Western audiences is because a man acting like a woman MUST mean he's trans for some dumb reason. Giselle is a man, as stated by Tite Kubo. He is manipulative and he likes control. He lies about everything, including what he is. He knows he is a guy, his whole thing in the scene is that he is acting like a defenseless woman to lure them in or to get away, but when called out, he clearly knows that he was caught in a lie. Even Charlotte Chuhlhourne see's through Giselle's lie, saying that they are the same.

bxqlash

Charlotte Chuhlhourne even knows he's a guy. Giselle knows he is a guy, that is his character, he lies about everything, only pretending to be a defenseless woman to either lure them in or to escape. When called out, he knows that he is caught in his lie.

bxqlash

It is sad that we needed to censor this episode.

Bleach Calaminator

It’s heavily implied they’ve done more and far worse to all her victims including Bambi, which you can even look up yourself. Even the subtext in this episode spells it out.

With the latest SDRs only including at least 3 comments Hopefully 🐧 includes at least mine, yours and obviously the first commenter with the most likes below.

Step B.

Damn that’s a fucking throwback hoooooly 😭

Step B.

It’s not his fault that Kubo refuses to let some one being completely enveloped and frozen in ice actually mean anything. Both Luppi and Harribel got saved by outside forces

Step B.

Kinda but not fully and with no dialogue

Step B.

Oh yeaaaa they cut that scene with Orihime and Ichigo it’s been so long I forgot I was mad about it 😂😭

Bleach Calaminator

In both instances 1st when Bambi asks Giselle for more of their blood best believe that’s not all she was asking for, and secondly when they said they “squeezed the life out of her” and made them excited with a horny face.

The Bird of Hermes aka D.D.D.D Super-Dimensional Sovereign Emperor Zero Paradox from YuGiOh The Trading Card Game

ok, I can see that you struggle with double meanings in literatre so I'll make this simple. That scene is meant to SOUND sexual, but it has nothing to do with sex. When Bambi is begging Giselle for more blood that scene is meant to carry sexual undertones. The other scene on the other hand... Giselle likes killing things, that's her thing, killing things makes her happy/excited

bxqlash

"Giselle is trans because she identifies as female despite biological birth" Incorrect.

Bleach Calaminator

The cope and mental gymnastics knows no bounds with this one……

The Bird of Hermes aka D.D.D.D Super-Dimensional Sovereign Emperor Zero Paradox from YuGiOh The Trading Card Game

MY TAKE IS MENTAL GYMNASTICS?! Do you have zero self awareness? When Bambi shows up as a Zombie Giselle says "it's a real pain to turn Bambi into a zombie. if it's between quincies, they have to die at least once. I had to personally finish her off" And the last time we saw Bambi was her begging Giselle not to do something to her I'm sorry but you're the one reaching here for something that's not there

bxqlash

Question asked to Tite Kubo: "Could it be that Giselle is actually female? Maybe Yumichika only said that to provoke them." Kubo: "Giselle is a guy." You are the reason why it is censored in the western release, the need to make people trans, even when they aren't. He is a guy. You have failed to understand Giselle as a character. Or we can add that Shonen Jump, issue 12 from 2015, states, "死神を圧倒したクインシー4人衆。 各々強強大な 力を持ち一護達を苦しめた。 Zのジジは、 実は男 性である!!" Which reads, "The four Quincy overwhelmed the Shinigami. Each of them had great powers and tormented Ichigo and his friends. Z Gigi is actually a man!!"

bxqlash

Incorrect. Giselle is a guy. Period.

Esther

Oh you are not smart.

bxqlash

Esther

Do you understand what trans people are or are you deliberately obtuse?

Esther

You know who is overrated? Ichigo.

Esther

Giselle was born a man, yes, but do you understand what being trans is? She presents as a woman, she’s part of the bambis (an all female group), she uses feminine pronouns, she has a feminine name. She is a trans woman. Do I need to explain everything (about trans people) to you like you’re five years old, so your brain eating bacteria infested brain can understand?

bxqlash

Just because you want someone to be trans in your head canon, doesn't make it fact.

bxqlash

You have missed who Giselle is completely. You do not understand the character. 1) The Bambis are never once said to be all female. 2) He plays an act. He is manipulative, he is controlling, he is a rapist, and he wants people to think he's fragile. 3) He is not trans. Not ever has he been said to be trans. In fact, it is stated more than once that he is a man/guy/male since this chapter of the manga was released. People like you are the reason why Viz censored this scene for Western audiences.

Esther

I understand Giselle better than you. You’re just a transphobic idiot.

Esther

Also, yes the bambis have been stated to be an all female group. Mayuri calls Gigi a woman/uses she/her pronouns, the English voice actor is non-binary. The bleach wikis is RIGHT there, you can read.

bxqlash

That makes sense. You only know the censored version and listen to the wiki lol This word has been used for Giselle: 男性 (dansei) : man; male masculine gender

bxqlash

Official website: "星十字騎士団。 「バンビーズ」の一員。愛称は「ジジ」。 仲間のバンビエッタですらゾンビ化させる、合理的思考の持ち主。 ユーハバッハによる聖別から生き延びる。" Says nothing about him being a woman, weird.

Bleach Calaminator

@uchiwan You should honestly not even bother watching Bleach if you think that.

damn ive never seen someone get proven so wrong so effortlessly bro even quoted the interview respect

Trey Milliner-Williams

i just want to point out this quote does not say the character isnt trans lol

Dante Johnson

Giselle isn't trans; in no way did Kubo say anything like that. Giselle is a man through and through and lies as easily as he breaths. He's a sadistic guy who loves control over people, which is why she is the Zombie

Dante Johnson

Kubo said nothing like that. Giselle is a man through and through. I hate how Westerners always want someone to be that stupid LGBQYRT or whatever it is. Giselle is a man who is a perpetual liar. He lies about everything but his power.

Amir Shipp

Coming here later and seeing people argue if Giselle is trans is hilarious because it's pretty clear that Giselle's a sadistic femboy. lmao
