Rick's just out there farming away with headphones on!! I could never. 😂 I have a hard enough time gaming at home with my headset on because I hate not hearing my surroundings. I always end up sliding one ear off a bit. Meanwhile, Rick's surrounded by walkers and doesn't seem concerned.

Did you see the way Daryl jumped and had to stop himself from pulling away when Beth hugged him ? I don't think he's ok with people touching him. HE can touch THEM, but not the other way around. If you watch his interactions with the core group, they all seem to know that and respect it. But Beth, bless her, decided in that instance he needed a hug and just went for it. She was probably right.

Herschel has been telling Rick that you DO get to come back from doing the things you've done.... then this woman in the woods tells him that you don't. It was interesting for him to meet her because he is desperately trying to 'come back'. When Rick and Herschel were planting you could see Herschel's prosthetic leg... that is why he is able to walk around.

There's always some vagueness around the time, and I've heard people speculate it's only been a couple of months. But it was nearing fall at the end of last season, so they got through a winter, built up all that stuff, and then looking at the growth of the garden and plants Rick is growing, in reality it's well into the next summer and has likely been actually around 9-10 months since the end of season 3.

Welcome to season 4 Tom! I would say we are about 1 1/2 years into the apocolypse now, Judith is probably about 6-7 months, Carl is about 13/14 years old. It is beautiful to see our core group create this little community, creating a council, growing their own food, having some animals, & an overall system! The era of our man Rick is "Farmer Rick" lol! Love this season a lot, I think you will too!

Fires can be an efficient way to deal with the deceased walkers! Sadly any new ones that make their way to the pile are not guaranteed to die immediately to the flames which can result in temporary burning walkers roaming about causing uncontrollable wild fires until they succumbed to the flames they carried. A fire pit deep enough may suffice but they may just fill up eventually making you have to dig another at some point and as you pointed out, that could attract a lot of attention from potential raiders.

i’m with you tom. i’m more traditional with my relationship views (also come from a southern family) so i believe men should be the head of the household/leader. i like how you said your wife is your compass too. i love glenn and maggie’s dynamic. they truly listen to each other. they’ve grown so much since they met. also i get tyrese doesn’t “like” killing walkers but no one truly likes it. you gotta do what you gotta do sometimes. FARMER hershel is back i love it. your face about michonne and rick lmao not breeding season 😂 hey life is short you gotta have your fun when you can 🤭 but that run was WILD but you always have to be prepared bc anything can happen at any time. also you’re so perceptive i love it! you see a lot of things other people either don’t notice or overlook.

I think an important thing to point out that's only addressed in the comics is that only 2.3% of the population is estimated to have survived the initial outbreak This is very unrealistic based on how many humans are actually seen in the series and comics though, there would be hardly anyone for many 100s of miles

Tbh no clue... XD Obviously its just how it was built and designed but idk what specifically they did for it to be so robust. But basically everything nowadays and back then besides the M39A2s ran on diesel and some other fuels here n there, but NO WHERE NEAR like the M39 Cargo trucks i think it just has more of a refined combustible engine compared to other Vehicles, it was needed in the cold war for the ability to ALWAYS have fuel any where anytime and it was heavily used for decades and after as well reaching to the 2000s but like i said MOST of the military vehicle are diesel jsut like vehicles made today are.

Tom I LOVE how astute you are haha, I love watching you react to new characters. I feel so bad for Bob in this episode. You see him visibly struggle and fight against his desire for the wine and he even chooses not to take the wine; only to have the shelf break on him like that and causing a wonderful catastrophic domino effect as a result. With how easily that shelf crumbled it was only a matter of time before it caved in on itself anyways, it could've fallen even if Bob hadn't picked up that bottle and placed it back down, two separate physical actions that disturbed the current balance still keeping the shelf in place. The only difference in that case would've been where people would've potentially been standing when the first shelf fell and if that led to the whole unit to tip forward onto someone or not.
