Great reaction! Not all Targaryens have blond hair because not all Targaryens marry their siblings. Baelor has darker hair because his Dornish mother had dark hair. I'm not sure if you remember it or not, but Baelor is mentioned in GoT (Ned Stark gets killed on the steps of the Great Sept of Baelor).

What Egg was looking at during the joust was all the squires doing their jobs, and he had a moment of wondering if his "puny" self would be able to do what was required of him. Those lances are big!

The Sept of Baelor is named after Baelor the first, also Baelor the Blessed. Prince Baelor in AKOTSK is known as Baelor Breakspear. Baelor the first was a cousin of his grandfather which he is named after. Once again these targaryens kind of confusing with their first names. :D

In the books the kingsguard always wear white armor, in s1 of game of thrones and in hotd they are kinda doing it, but this is the most book accurate kingsguard armor imo
