Time Team's Lawrence Shaw and Stewart Ainsworth visit the lost settlement of Colour Clough near Kielder in Northumberland. Geophysics surveys of the area have revealed a number of ancient structures. Could they be a lost medieval settlement?

Time Team members get access to the dig as it happens, taking you closer to the archaeology than ever before. Episodes of Dig Watch from the site start on Sunday.

I have always wondere if Time Team, had a pheonix website 😊 Glad i found this internet facility, via my Patreon account.. Me I am a pure amateur archiologist within my 50+ years of being a horticulturalist, and residential renting some very architecturally interesting listed and Cadw building and grounds. I am now disabled and medically retired but still active, currently living in Dumfies and Galloway in an ex mining area. I am the only horticulturalist on our local award winning village garden volunteers group... In October we are of to the Britain in Bloom finalist's award ceremony northern England. I have kept most of my archictectural and fossil finds, and have photo's of stone age hill fort pavement i discovered in Carno area of Cymru. I have always wanted to attend a dig event, as that is trade so to speak ...
