You're watching the right way. There are issues with continuity at times which would be confusing if you watched in chronological order the first time watching. I feel like chronological order is good for a second pass at the movies. To experience them in a different way.

Even though this isn't the current timeline this is an alternate timeline where Wade was turned into Weapon 11 or that DeadPool its not authentic. That's why in DP 2 after they fix the watch he travels back in time killing certain variants of himself and some of the wrong decisions he made as a actor.

Glad you’re wstchin the X-Men origins movie. Just know that by the time this came out, the X-Men trilogy was perceived as DONE. But while its a good story, its way off compared to the comics. Since youve seen Deadpool already, remember the ending, he comes back to kill several Ryan Reynolds characters. Including the dead pool on this film. As for wolverines story, they eventually redeem themselves with a couple other movies. Long story medium, nice movie to watch by itself, but ppl often block it out when watching the the rest of them.

I think they retconned THIS specific part of Wade’s character, which was made clear in the post credits of Deadpool 2 which you’ve already seen. this is the first time I ever seen that final end credit scene, with Logan drinking to remember. every other time I seen this movie, the final end credit scene was Deadpool's hand finding his head, now with his mouth ripped open, he looks at the camera and shushes. I like yours better.

I do! The original X-Men by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby isn't their best work, but it's still a lot of fun and sets up a lot of important stuff, like Magneto, the Brotherhood, and the Sentinels. (For some true Lee/Kirby magic, see Fantastic Four or Thor.) If you can't get into 60s comics, X-Men: First Class from the 2010s is a retelling of that era with modern art and writing and is pretty good too. Chris Claremont is the GOAT, he put the X-Men on the map. He and Len Wein created the "All-New X-Men" that included Wolverine, Storm, Nightcrawler, Colossus, and Shadowcat, and gave Magneto his backstory. Claremont's run ran for 14 years, but I'd say check out X-Men Epic Collection: Second Genesis (or just start with All-New X-Men #1 on Marvel Unlimited) and see if you like it. And aside from Claremont my favorite X-writer is Louise Simonson, who wrote spinoff series like New Mutants, X-Factor, and X-Force and co-created characters like Apocalypse, Cable, and Deadpool. Finally, I recommend checking out the podcast Jay and Miles X-Plain the X-Men to read along with, it does a great job summing up long runs of comics and is just a great listen, and one of the hosts has even written some X-Men comics.

the reason why Logan is kind of the main character because his powers are special not like any other mutant and he is kind of immortal because he doesn't age like the others, doesn't get injured and doesn't die , not to mention after he got the adamantium in his bones now makes him even more powerful. Jean is the strongest mutant after her is the Professor and then magneto.
