News and light at the end of the tunnel... (Patreon)

Hello there! Finally some (maybe) good news, just got a call from my tech specialist, the processor has been crossed from the list of problem (took its sweet time due to the weekend), so the last suspect still standing is the mother board...

What's good about it?

Well, first of all the fact that it's the last possible suspect, meaning the end of the limbo; second, money wise, changing the mother board is apparently fairly cheap if I stay on the same (since I would not have to change processor and ram), I could take the occasion to upgrade, but it would mean upgrading the processor and ram as well, which would cost a lot more and will make me wait a bit more to get everything running.

Speaking of running, any schedule?

I could be back to work as soon as tomorrow if the new mother board they ordered me (which should arrive tomorrow) fix the problem, or Friday if it takes a bit longer to come (or of course longer if that doesn't solve it, but the guy was pretty much a 100%, so I'll get out my Mulder poster because "I want to believe!" ^^ ).

Finally the light at the end of the tunnel and of this limbo, I keep you all appraised as it goes and thank you all for your patience and support, I cannot wait to get back to it! Same with Myriam, she's bored of her forced vacations and wants to get back to work! ^^
