Hey everyone,

I didn’t get too many questions but I’ve answered them all. Just a little update video. Also I’m a little sick at the moment so excuse the voice!

Thanks very much for this video Andy! Really appreciate you taking the time to answer my questions! That gold is looking fantastic.

Thanks Andy this was spot on I think these types of videos might be a great idea when on these longer projects as it would allow you the time you need between putting out the main tutorials. Also thanks for answering the question about photography (I do own a dslr although not very good with it), it may be good as a more in depth video as I’m sure I’m not the only one who struggles with this

Really good video. I loved the part about understanding your current ceiling. That was encouraging. I will paint to the best to the best of my ability at each mini and expect what I can do at that time. I will make sure to improve with the next one. It’s a great way to look at painting.

Thanks for this Andy. I think it’s a good idea to do a few of these kinds of videos a year - it gives people a very welcome chance to raise questions and get your take on things when they otherwise might not be able to, and also it generates ideas for other videos. Also, I don’t think you should worry too much about getting a video out every week, especially when the pressure is on. The videos you make are always interesting and helpful, and I think it’s fair to say that most of us here want to support your art not make you stressed! Hope the project continues to go well, and if you fancy making a photography video when the competition is done that would be very welcome. Cheers!

Great video, Andy. Think you will be painting the new ogors from the Hunter and Hunted Warcry set? I love love to learn more about how to paint pale skin.

Really enjoyed this video Andy. I agree with the other comments that a few of these a year would be a great way of interacting with patrons. Thought the photography point was super interesting and would be keen on a full video. I'd also be really curious to see one of your minis photographed using a phone camera, just to see the difference. I've been really struggling to take photos with my phone as it makes my blends look utter crap. I figured it was just my eyesight cheating me! It was encouraging to hear that I might not be as rough and ready as the camera suggests haha.
