It's Kay!

Pretty crazy for Tom Walker to be diagnosed *not* autistic, for someone who (so endearing) their wife has had to make a 'you can show me a maximum of one cool MTG card a day' rule (which says so much, and is very darling of them both)

Man, now I'm thinking about some sort of monarch, and a reptile sorcerer. Now that's the kind of thing you could somehow write two albums per year about.

I can't believe no one piled on to point out that Lucy was also being cisnormative, the woke points were there to score. So I guess im kinda doing it. Sorry Lucy.

If you need to show a visiting alien bismuth, they can probably get it out of a bottle of Pepto-Bismol. And if they need boron, that's what Borax is for. Product names used to be way cooler than they are nowadays.

My boss at my last job would put all of his emails into CoPilot in order to correct his grammar and spelling because his was normally atrocious.

My dad once worked in a mine where liquid mercury would sometimes trickle down the walls. Sulphur metabolising bacteria in the ground would digest cinnabar (red mercury sulphide) in the ore leaving mercury metal which would sometimes collect in pools on the floor.

Gallium is probably the safest option for a metal that's liquid near room temperature, just keep it away from aluminium as it forms a stable but very weak alloy that breaks apart easily. There's sodium-potassium alloys that are liquid at room temperature (NaK), but as you might expect they react very violently with water. There are some nuclear reactor designs that use molten sodium or sodium-potassium alloys as a heat exchange medium, one of which is intended to be used on the lunar surface. I'm a metallurgist, I can talk about this stuff all day :)

Boonta Vista

then we'd have to go to America to get Pepto-Bismol! I don't know what our local equivalent is because I've never fully understood what Pepto-Bismol is

I was the homesick kid asking to go home except my mum is also an alcoholic so she would have to pick me up in a taxi because she was too drunk to drive 😂
