my name on a SATELLITE (Patreon)

so some of you legends will know Wouter - he builds satellites & he’s one of the most active members of the secret demo club.. he’s got one of the most brilliant minds of anyone I’ve ever met.

last year Wouter contacted me about a project - it was something he couldn’t post about publicly but something he wanted me to be involved in. Wouter was building a satellite to be sent up into space later this month (Nov 16th) and there was a blank panel.. he decided he wanted to fill it with the names of people he had love for.. some friends & some of his fave musicians/youtubers (luckily I can count myself as both!). he printed the panel & over the last year brought it around, collecting everyone’s signatures (this picture shows the panel before all the autographs!).

now the project is out & the satellite will be sent into space this month, november 16th ! how strange & amazing, to think that my name, along with the names of some people who found friendship here on the secret demo club will be in SPACE. IN ACTUAL SPACE.

This is my favourite part of the internet & the community we’ve built together. collaboration in all sorts of crazy ways, bringing together worlds that would otherwise be so separate. It makes me so so happy !

by the way.. thank you for everything this week. ‘Between my teeth’ is going SO much better than I expected.. spotify has embraced it a little and supported the track more than any of my previous releases! what a treat. I’ll soon be putting up some videos around the release & explaining how you guys can get involved to help promote the song, so that we can rally the troops and put together a lil street team for whoever wants to be involved ☺️

I’ve had a weird couple days this past week but things are looking up ❤️
