AKA = Also Known As. As I understand it, the AKA episode titles are related to the Jessica Jones comic, which was called Alias, but since the ABC show Alias existed, this show was originally going to be called "AKA Jessica Jones."

Hi Nat. Glad we're getting another Marvel Monday, and that you appear to be enjoying the series so far. So, the episodes are titled "AKA" for a couple reasons. Firstly, they're based on the comics by Brian Michael Bendis and Michael Gaydos (of which I'm proud to own the original single-issue run myself), which are called "Alias", and another term/phrasing for "AKA" is "Alias". Also, like the comics, Jessica's business is called "Alias Investigations", so you have the Alias/AKA synonymity there, too.

Yay Marvel Monday! I wanna start the seed for maybe having Sandman be on the list for upcoming series to watch. I think she would really like it. After Arcane of course. But - Sandman has some really good characters, stories and themes that Nat would really like, I think. Anyone else?

The reason for all the episodes of the show having 'AKA' in them is because in the comics, the original title of said comics was simple "Alias", which in turn is because Jessica's PI firm is known as 'Alias investigations'. AKA stands for "also known as" which is the meaning of the word alias.

Nat, I love your videos and have been a long time subscriber. However, is it at all possible for you to record when Tyler isn't working in the next room. It is very hard to tune out the loud conversations coming from outside. Not sure if it is possible for you to mix in your audio from your mic to your headphones so you can hear everything that we hear while watching. It would go a long way to making your reactions more enjoyable. Anyway, love the channel and can't wait to get further into "The Defenders" shows and more Stranger Things. Thanks!

Relating to Jessica's Anxiety/Depression, the first couple "Luke episodes" are favorites, because Jessica is allowed moments where she seems truly happy.

The only ones really worth it are 1,2 and 3. And Bumblebee. The other ones are really forgettable, even by the kind of standars you have when watching this kind of movie.

First of all, how dare you. Second of all, I love the movie but can legit understand why some might not. It's not an action packed, flashy-special effects type film (not a dig to those who like that stuff) like those factory movie made Marvel films (that was a dig).

A.K.A. means Also Known As. (Peter Parker, AKA Spider-Man) This is commonly used in a legal sense or by the police. A related term is Alias. Note her private detective agency is Alias Investigations. You might also run into FKA=Formerly Known As. For when someone changes their name instead of using two at the same time.
