Hey folks, this preset wasn't really meant for release, but I showed it in a video recently and a few people asked about it, so I want to offer it for download here!

This is the HiHat Generator 2.0, creating some similar but slightly different Hi-Hat sounds. And I explain how it works exactly and what it is in the video. I'm currently using it for Drum'n'Bass productions, but it works for other genres too.

You can download this on my new Polarity Dispenser (direkt)

Let me know if it works!

Hi-Hat Generator 2.0 - Bitwig Preset

Today I'm sharing a workflow for procedural hi-hat generation. By running noise through a chain of Impulse Responses (created with the Spectrum Thief plugin), we can create endless percussive textures. The Concept: Instead of using static samples, this preset mixes and matches EQ profiles (IRs) to shape white and pink noise into metallic, crispy, or lo-fi hats.
