By the way i recommend you guys check the channel Aninews on YouTube He breaks down the cut content from the Manhwa and the Light novel and it's pretty great to see the differences in characterization and presentation And what the anime helped improve on / removed That's of course if you don't intend to read them personally

when he said that he heard a voice (from the healer) it's probably from the previous episode's cliffhanger... when he's panicking what to do, the way he quickly turn his head to look where it's coming from... prolly all of us assumed he came up with that idea

I wasnt a fan how they didnt follow the manwha when Jinwoo arises Byung since in the manwha he fails twice and gets him on the third try like Igris since their soul was rejecting Jinwoo. Also not sure why they are mentioning the important fact about Andre Thomas and the guy in the ship. Another great way to end the season was showing the US looking at the news for season 3 introduction like the two guys at the end.

I've heard people say that they are adapting from the novel and not the manwha. I haven't read it so I'm not sure if the scene you mentioned also happened in novel of if it was done differently.

If I'm correct, in the novel Jinwoo arises Beru and he heals Cha Hae In rather than Byuing

I think the ending being a full circle moment to S1E1 (which also started with a flashback to the 3rd? Jeju raid) was because these 2 seasons were originally meant to be one 2-cour season iirc

Nope, in the novel it happens like it does in the anime. Jinwoo hears Byung-gu's voice telling him to use his powers and he then he uses arise on him. I like that even more than the manwha version tbh, it showcases Byung-gu's kind nature perfectly.
