Haki or Seaprism aren't like devil fruit ability dissolvant. You asked a similar question about sea prism touching Pica's giant body earlier. It won't undo the ability just because it comes in contact with it. What they allow is to hurt the physical body of a df user, for example Luffy ( who's normally immune to blunt attacks ) or logias like Cesar or Caribou. Now if the haki user is strong enough they can either break the strings (g4th Luffy) or catch them before they reach with good observation like Fujitora. Besides that the puppeteered people had to be tied up.

That's true, I don't know why Carson thinks haki just beats devil fruit powers, it just allows you to interact with them. BUUUT i still think it's stupid that Zoro can't cut single strings of the birdcage, that doflamingo isnt near or watching or probably even aware of. Even if Doflamingo is supposed to be 10x stronger than Zoro, surely Zoro should be able to cut the strands of the cage easily with haki imbued swords while he is preoccupied.

Okay, a question for you at the beginning: at what point did Kinemon need “visible” armament Haki in Punk Hazard? For example, Luffy grabs Caesar with his hands not coated in black. So he uses it, but it’s not necessary for the artists to show it because he didn’t fight anyone super powerful in that arc. Brother showed up, fought everyone, ran into Law and lost.

idk, remember these strings are strong enough to literally cut through buildings like their butter. So think of it more like Zoro clashing with a really strong sword and trying to break the sword. I think people are just hung up that its strings.

It's basically like clashing with a wall of swords. Tho the real issue is how wide of an area it covers. With each strand being the equivalent of a blade and covering a whole country stopping it altogether until Luffy finishes with him is more effective than trying to cut them all down. Doflamingo doesn't really have to put mental effort into it either. He already activated it just like his puppets attacking people nearby, all he has to fo is focus on speeding it up. But otherwise he needs to pass out/get knocked out like Sugar for example.

Also just wanted to say that like an hour ago it was confirmed that the Chainsaw Man Reze Movie will be coming out in 4 days or so on I believe Amazon Prime and maybe crunchyroll? There's also the little shorts they released called Chainsaw Days that you guys could watch before the movie, they're all canon and adapt the extra chapters at the end of volumes.

Also, even with all the pacing added scenes, I still haven't seen even one civilian be injured by the birdcage so I guess he just doesn't care about buildings. Or maybe he's just lazy, who knows? Gamma knife doesn’t give you radiation poisoning and the string “healing” technique as you call it , doesn’t heal Doflamingo, it stops the internal damage from getting worse. He has said it’s not healing him ..
