Reference images - Week 17 Interrail to Italy (Patreon)
Content
Hello everyone! ☀️
Last week we had some references inspired by Tuscany, Italy. For this week, I would love to share some images with you, I made on my Interrail trip to Italy last year. Besides illustrating, I also love photography on holidays! I think some of you are familiar with this, but they always end up on my computer and I will only look at them sporadically. Using them as reference images is a great way to go back to the holiday and look at your pictures again!
Tip! Look at your own reference images from different holidays! Maybe they are great to use as references! If you'd like to, you can also share them in the group chat here on Patreon, so others can draw along. 🤗
Final illustrations week 16
As I mentioned before, I am using watercolours more frequently as a base layer. I really love the texture and feel of watercolours, and I like to combine them with my Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils.
If you want to start, but don't know how and what materials to use. You can visit the first blog post about all my favourite go-to materials. I also just uploaded a blog post about my watercolour art supplies:
