Aaaand no one present calls him out for harassment or assault. What a wonderful group of friends these are. (Regarding Antlers, xeir lack of verbal reaction makes sense given that he's been doing this to xem for a while now without reporting it, so this would just be a more pronounced version of an ongoing behavior.) Regarding what Decency Services would do, I doubt the manager would really do anything, they generally don’t unless there are legal or personal incentives (and they have very limited staffing). Speaking as someone who was recently fired via discrimination (someone decided they were too good to have an autistic as a coworker), there's a chance that Talita could be the one eventually punished via her removal given the implication that this is a recurrent issue— Talita would be the common denominator.

Theorizing to myself where this might go, and if Adam will be a one episode antagonist or if we’ll see him again. It’s unlikely Talita would call anyone out, but Bip Brother Is Always Watching and I can see them somehow reporting this. Moreover Tod (edited, forgot his name) seems to know that the temps are kinda sucky. Doubt it’ll be the case but we ALSO know that Guiomar deals with interspecies harassment/safety cases. However this is just me thinking out loud. Eager to see what comes next :]

God this makes my heart hurt. The devastation on her face…the way events like this can make you feel like a lonely teenager again is too real. She needs to get out of there. This sort of environment isn’t going to get better, even with a revolving door of temps. Sooner or later another Adam will come along, and Mel has shown themself to be incapable of handling it before it escalates.
