Dancing With My Shadow (Patreon)

Here's a look only Patrons (you!) get to see!  In the original rendition of this cartoon I have a totally different expression:

What I didn't want to do—however—was make this dance look involuntary or joyless, so I gave myself a smile.

I'm going to make people guess what song we're dancing to, but I'll just tell you it's Cyndi Lauper's "Time After Time."

The lyrics could technically go both ways but I see as me comforting my shadow (my old suicidal side I don't show anyone) and showing it a good time.

You mustn't fight your shadow.  It's not a fight.  And if you don't take the lead it's more than happy to do it for you.
