You wear that shirt outside? You know the kind of freaks out there will drool all over you!? I nearly fell out of my chair laughing at the reveal of MarthaBerry as roommates. Viv canonized a crack ship for us; as a treat. So nice of the story to slow down and sit with the feelings they gave us last episode, and then rub salt and lemon in the emotional wounds.

One of my favourite aspects of this episode is that we got a glimpse of the real Verosika, a woman who had her heart crushed and who has a genuine desire to help and support those who were hurt by Blitz, give them a chance to vent and maybe even heal.

I just finished watching this episode, and honestly I think it might be one of my favourites. Huge growth for Blitz, really proud of him for finally starting to realize the hurt he's caused. It's also nice seeing Verosika again. I like that we got to see a bit of the real her underneath her hatred for Blitz, and that she even gave him some good advice. It also highlights the fact that the reason she hates Blitz so much is because she genuinely loved him, and a part of her probably still does despite how much she wishes she didn't. Also Martha and Mayberry being together now was so unexpected and hilarious, I love it. Anyway, incredible episode. They balanced the comedy and drama nicely and we get big character growth.

It's honestly rather nice to see Verosika in a few modes other than angry bitterness, and she really seems to be genuinely sweet towards Stolas. Like, in that moment when she first approaches him, it really does seem more like reaching out to somebody she knows is hurting than just bringing somebody into her hate club.

Although we don't get another episode till October, I saw this video of someone who works on the team saying that during this hiatus of the actual episodes, we will be getting a short each month leading up to the next episode! (One short each month for July, August, September then the episode in October!)

I really like what they’re doing with Verosika. Even if she hasn’t fully forgiven him it’s a start. And as he gets better and better maybe they can be friends again. Additional fun fact James Monroe Iglehart, the guy who voices Tex, also voices Zestial in Hazbin Hotel. More common knowledge is that he is also the voice of Ozzie.

The bit with Verosika really hit... hard. We're introduced to her, we don't know the history and she just comes across as a petty bitch. But learning how and why they split just... ya get it. She's hurting. Has been for a long time. And yeah, Blitzø hurt a lot of people, and right now that's all he sees it as. But as Verosika pointed out, they all cared enough about Blitzø to be that hurt by him. It's a testament to both sides of him in its own shitty way.

The bit with Martha killed me! I wonder if that happens a lot. Sinners can't kill each other, so when they seek revenge they have to get tired of fighting eventually. After a week of nonstop brawling they are like "I kinda burnt out my anger......wanna do something else?"

this was a great episode, we got to remember that stolas is out of happy pills so he will probably try and find other ways to deal with the pain like the drinking and possibly going home with that guy from the party. i'm thinking that fizz might help blitz now that they are getting close again.

Adding onto my earlier point, the people in that party used to love Blitz, probably more than they loathe and despise him now. If this really is a metaphor of the hatedom, what does the above say about them?

I don't think Stolas looks down on Blitz. I do believe that he makes horrible comments that he needs to atone for and stop but I don't believe that comes from "looking down on" Blitz. He was raised in a royal family. The way he talks to lower ranked demons is all he knows. He needs to learn, apologize, and do better. There is plenty of evidence that Stolas fully respects Blitz though. The way he was unashamed to show everyone he was with him in public, announcing his attraction to the whole wrath ring, bowing to Blitz like royalty multiple times in the series. Etc. Stolas makes classist remarks and honestly needs to leave his own bubble long enough to see things from another POV and change his ways (and apologize) before him and Blitz can be together but I don't think it boils down to him "looking down on" Blitz.
